Cette maison édifiée au XVIe siècle est située à 200 mètres du centre de Montrichard et permet d'y descendre à pied en 5 minutes. Elle a été restaurée au cours des années tout en gardant son caractère de vieille maison tourangelle typique. La salle de vie est composée d'une cuisine ouverte et d'un salon sur 50 m2. 3 grandes chambres, une salle d'eau et une salle de bain complètent l'ensemble. Depuis le salon, on accède à une terrasse de plein pied qui donne sur le jardin suspendu et les caves.
