Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Chavanoz

Laurent is the epitome of a super host! He had wonderful guidebooks and a map for us, spent time getting us oriented and gave us terrific dinner recommendations. He had a second set of keys for our son who visited. The place is just like the photos, and because we stayed for a month he even provided a cleaning service. The parking is in back of the building and very secure. Most importantly, though, Laurent was incredibly helpful during a crisis. We cannot thank him enough! We heartily recommend Laurent and his lovely apartment.

Everything went well (communication and accessibility). Accommodation suitable for 5-6 people, without stepping on each other. There was also a beautiful terrace that we could not enjoy because of the weather. I recommend it:)

A beautiful apartment in a quiet neighborhood that still has a lot to offer. Cozily decorated and clean. Smooth communication and easy autonomous access. We definitely recommend the apartment.

This place was amazing! It fit our family of 5 (2 adults and 3 kids) perfectly. The location was spot on, walkable to everything, and the flat was beautiful! Welll maintained and well equipped! Catherine and her husband were extremely friendly and went out of their way to make sure we felt at home. Super easy check in/out as well. I would highly recommend!! I hope we can come back some day!

Myself, my husband and our best friend stayed here for a few days to visit Lyon. The apartment is superb, it was spotlessly clean, had great amenities and was in a great location. The host gave us excellent instructions for check in so the apartment was very easy to find. We absolutely loved our stay and can’t recommend Clement’s apartment enough.

Benoit's place was as described. Very clean, close to everything and with all amenities. I highly recommend it. Benoit was also very flexible on departure and arrival times, which was much appreciated.

Great accommodation near Lyon, accessible by transport (bus, tram, etc.). Quiet residence and great and easy to use jacuzzi. We recommend! Thanks to Antoine who is a responsive and very nice host.

Nicolas was very welcoming in allowing us to access the accommodation earlier. The pool and jacuzzi are enjoyable in this summer period. The place has a crazy charm. However, beware of neighbors who cannot tolerate the slightest noise.

Martini’s place was perfect for us. Easy to get to by public transport from Lyon Part-Dieu. Martinez’s rep Tina was lovely and came to rescue us when we accidentally went to the wrong building. The apartment was lovely and we ate there each night. We appreciated the washing machine and clothes rack so even though there was a dryer we didn’t need it. Martine was prompt in answering any questions. Highly recommended. Thank you Martine and Tina!

Alexis apartment was very comfortable and had all the amenities we needed for our 4 day stay. Easy to access the Perrache station and all the sites in Lyon. We were especially close to Brasserie Georges which was quite an experience and also visited the Museum of Deportation and the French Resistance which was very interesting. A great and enjoyable stay.

If I could give 10 stars, I would gladly do so. Aurelie and Sebastien were very kind and helpful. Since we are older and unfamiliar with the area, Aurelie picked us up at the train station, showed us how to buy subway tickets and which routes to take to get to Vieux Lyon. From the Airbnb it's a 5 minute walk to the subway station, and a 7 minutes ride to the center. We wanted to be in a quiet neighborhood, and this place is very quiet. There are very good restaurants within easy walking distance; a supermarket is right around the corner, so are two bakeries. The apartment was just as described, very clean and comfortable. The beds had new mattresses and were extremely comfy! It was great to have a washer and dryer in the unit. On the morning we left to catch our train to Paris, an Uber driver could not arrive in time to take us to the station. Sebastien and Aurelie drove us to the station to catch our train. Now, that's fantastic service! I highly recommend this place.

We spent a weekend in the accommodation offered by Tommy. The apartment is functional, well-equipped, modern and pleasant. We came with our 1-year-old baby and everything we needed was provided (travel cot, high chair). It is equipped with air conditioning, which is not negligible in summer. Only small downside (to which parents of young children are attentive😂) the floor and the door handles squeak quite a bit and the stairs to access the bedroom upstairs are steep and noisy. It is difficult to move discreetly Apart from that, everything is great. The accommodation is easy to find, and easy to access. Nearby car parks are available. We recommend this listing 👌

We had a great time at Dominique's place. Dominique is welcoming and caring. The apartment is as described, clean, bright, quiet, really very nice. We also had no difficulty parking. Definitely recommend
