Charming 65 m2 single-storey accommodation in a house divided into two apartments. The house is located in a small atypical village of Touraine with local shops within a 2-minute walk (bar/restaurant, bakery, grocery store, etc.) This house with cocooning tones is located 20 minutes from Châtellerault, 10 minutes from Richelieu, 30 minutes from Futuroscope, 30 minutes from Chinon, 35 minutes from Center Parcs, 35 minutes from the spa town of La Roche-Posay, close to the Châteaux of the Loire Valley.

New accommodation in a chalet in the middle of the woods

We completly renovated our chalet in 2022 and took the opportunity to create an independent apartment on the ground floor to welcome our guests (own private entrance). It consists of a fully equipped kitchen, a separate toilet and a bathroom with a large shower. The bedroom has a large queen sized bed, work area and a big wardrobe. The chalet is in the middle of a magnificent wooded area (6000m2) and is very calm and quiet environment. Spaces outside under trees to eat and enjoy relax moments :)

Very quiet environment on the banks of the river for this pretty old renovated house with fenced parking and plot of 1700m2. Ideally located 5km from Château du Rivau, 7km from Richelieu, 15km from Chinon, between Châteaux de la Loire, Route des Vins and Futuroscope. We are a few meters from the green lane (bike) Richelieu - Chinon. And 8 km from L'Ile Bouchard for his pilgrimage. The Prairie cottage welcomes you in a green and tranquil setting. From the outset, nature takes back its rights. Here you can observe many wild animals.

1 to 14 people. Very nice house, with pool, terrace with dining area and large plancha, ideal for groups of friends or families. Large lawn for ball games, kite flying, or other. Wooded garden with hammocks, slide, swings and trampoline. Located in a village, 45 minutes from the Futuroscope and the Loire Valley castles, with 5 bedrooms for 2 to 5 people, it is in a quiet area. Exclusively non-smoking and no pets. La Grange du Roy is an old barn restored into a small house, located in a small hamlet south of Indre-et-Loire, close to a river (200 m), with a walled garden.
