Spacious, bright and very pleasant apartment, with a large terrace perfect for enjoying the beautiful days. Air conditioning is a real plus for a stay in Paris in summer. Everything is as described and photographed. Parking space in the basement is a real advantage. Thomas is an available, friendly and very responsive host. I highly recommend

This place little further away from tourist locations, but walkable to Eiffel and most importantly very safe (secure access to building) and clean. Having Monoprix and shopping mall next door was very convenient. Ian is very responsive and easy to communicate. Place is exactly same as mentioned in description. The only thing is A/C unit is only in living room . Normally A/C however it may not require as unit is on high floor and plenty of airflow by opening windows. (Need to be careful if there is high wind)

excellent place, it is a bit far from the center and getting taxis from the app is complicated, but there are bus stations nearby and it is a very safe and quiet area. The only thing is that I only recommend the sofa bed for 1 person, not for two. It's the only thing I would add, otherwise it was beautiful. We liked that they recycled

We enjoyed our stay in this neat and clean home. It looked exactly like the pictures! We felt right at home. The area has plenty of restaurants, but there is also a good connection to Paris. The contact was super friendly and quick! And when it turned out that we had forgotten something after checking out, it was no problem to bring it. Thank you Fatima and Neyla!

Very functional and clean accommodation. There is everything you need including small useful reserves of shampoo, pasta, toilet paper, etc.

Beautiful home and amazing location.

Hana is a great host. She is responsive and has been flexible with our arrival and departure from the apartment. The apartment is large and matches the photos . 3 beautiful bedrooms , a large living / dining room and kitchen equipped with a loggia! The apartment is modern and is not far on foot from the Parly 2 (10mn) shopping center or the small Casino in the city center. The private parking space in the residence is a plus . I would highly recommend it and would come back 👍🏻

Saga's home was really the best getaway for my wife and I and our trip to France! Beautifully designed and decorated home. Loved the aesthetic. Saga was incredibly responsive and helpful to us throughout our stay and was on top of communication when we arrived at the home and had trouble entering at first. Beautiful kitchen, great bathroom. Only one note about heat if you're traveling in summer, there was only one portable fan for the apartment, and we had a few severe heat warning days in a row. Being from the Midwest in the United States of America, we were not used to how hot it could potentially get without an A/C available to use. If we had one or two more fans to use, we would have been able to beat the heat, but it was hard cooling off for those few days. The location is also walkable, but on very hot days, the distance was a bit difficult. Besides that, the stay was comfortable and the neighborhood absolutely beautiful, peaceful, and we felt EXTREMELY safe during our stay!

The location is very convenient — the metro is right under the building. All the necessary shops, cafes, and restaurants are nearby. The Eiffel Tower is about a 20–25 minute walk away. The kitchen, bathroom, and rooms were clean, with all the necessary amenities and even more. Wi-Fi worked perfectly, and there’s a fan in case it gets hot — and it was hot! The host was incredibly responsive — we communicated in broken English, but still managed to understand each other and sort everything out. Check-in was easy, everything works with access codes, super simple. The place matches the description and is definitely worth the price!

Clementine was great. She was a great host. The location was really nice and the apartment was really clean and tidy.

It is very secure and easy to find. Good facilities and a shopping mall with easy parking opposite. A lovely bakery and pizzeria nearby too. Really lovely hosts and even if the lift isn’t working you can use the stairs in the premises itself.

Imagine opening a front door and being confronted every time with a most incredible view of Paris - now stay at Christophe's beautiful aerie of a home and you'll have this jaw-dropping moment every time you "come home" and it will feel like you are truly a citizen of Paris when staying here. Exactly as pictured and described, you will easily settle into this very large two-bedroom, two-bathroom modern home away from home. Not the typical one-bedroom tiny home of our past visits. Perfect for a family to spread out. Christophe has thought of everything from the kitchen to the bathrooms to the bedrooms with their beautiful linens. It's so perfect you might not want to leave! Don't hesitate. Snag this place and live like a Parisian even if only for a week or two! Christophe is a gracious host and a truly remarkable and interesting fellow. This is a layup.

The apartment was fully equipped with ultra modern facilities esp. the kitchen and washrooms. The Kitchen is fully equip. with coffee machine, induction wd 4 flame, dishwasher, double door, refrigerator fine dinning cutlery and serving plates etc. of all superior n high grade quality. The washrooms were clean and all required amenities like soaps, shampoo, towels, even a toothpaste, though we were carrying ours. The clear view of Eiffel tower from the balcony of the apartment. Also its Balcony is quite spacious and has an awesome view of the Paris city including Eiffel Tower. The location is apt and quite railway station, 20-30 minutes taxi drive to Eiffel tower or central city, shop n store are nearby. Would recommend to stay for at least couple of days.

This place is extremely cozy, but the view is breathtaking, have the opportunity to enjoy the Eiffel Tower in all its glory, there were a few night were the sunset had beautiful colors and made the experience even better. The location is great in terms of public transportation and local stores and bars. Definitely I will book it again.

Very courteous and very discreet host, very quiet and easily accessible location, a small terrace, a garden area with barbecue with an indoor pool available, a large supermarket less than two kilometers away, the only downside if I had to give one would be the shower area where a small shelf to put bath products would be missing, I recommend it!

Located in a safe, quiet area near shops and restaurants, it provided both comfort and convenience. François was an exceptional host—kind, attentive, and highly communicative. He ensured a seamless check-in and check-out, offering a thorough tour and checking in while respecting our privacy. The penthouse had everything needed for a home-away-from-home experience, and François even recommended a nearby barber when my partner needed a lineup for a wedding. The only slight challenge was occasional delays reaching the city due to a taxi strike, but this didn’t diminish our incredible stay. Without a doubt, this Airbnb will be our go-to when we return to Paris. François you deserve 10 stars! You're truly amazing amazing host!
