Monthly Rentals in Chaweng Beach

Best Homestay I had In a long while! Place was located in a local neighbourhood but yet not too far from Chaweng’s vibrant offerings and the beach. Walkable but since I’m not a walking person under the hot sun, host was kind enough to offer free bicycle so I could use it to get to beach, restaurants and convenience store! Just felt right at home vibes, waking up to birds chirping, green trees and the mountain view … I totally didn’t feel like going back to urban life in Bangkok. Daily housekeeping was included and there’s even a pool and gym to use ! Or u could jog by the nearby pretty Chaweng lake! Host was present personally to greet me and offer travel tips! Strong wifi! Would definitely come back to Natthaya’s place again for the super simple island life this place offers. Just a note, It would be better to have your own transport if u are not a keen cyclist as it takes a 6-10min walk to any nearby shops. But it’s a small inconvenience to pay for what this place can offer u!

Perfect place would highly recommend to anyone thinking about coming to Koh Samui, only a 5/10 minute drive to Chaweng strip which was perfect

I was very satisfied with the accommodation. The owner was very flexible with the check-in and helped me a lot with my late arrival. I can definitely recommend the place.

The villa was extremely clean and well maintained. The villa was equipped with basic toiletries including towels, cooking basics and cleaning supplies. A cleaner was also available every morning. The beach was extremely nice though had rocks. The villa is within the hotel so around a 5 mins walk from reception but a buggy service is provided and easy to contact. An amazing villa and I would recommend for anyone looking for a place to stay in Koh Samui.
