Genuinely top-level spot for a getaway party. The house is fully prepared for having fun in a good style. Spent the weekend with 12 ppl here, everything served us well. Patryk was very responsive and open. Positive things you may not spot on photos: - the tv is a smart TV - there’s really a lot of dishes, glass and cutlery - there are three different balls: soccer, volley and rugby. Small thing but adds up. - you also have hammock - IT’S REALLY QUIET unless there’s another party near by* The pool table, darts and fusball are not a top quality but still they work and provide fun. *You may only keep in mind that there’s another huge party house right next to this one, so you may find another party / trip next to yours at the same time - that’s exactly what we had. But it was not a problem for us, actually we liked the other guys a lot. Your terrace will be on the other side of the house so you keep your privacy and eventually parties do not blend too much. Strongly recommend!

Beautiful accommodation, in a beautiful quiet place. The host is absolutely kind and helpful. There is plenty of fun for the kids. The cottage is wonderfully clean ,tidy and scented. I don't have a single complaint . I definitely recommend it.

Stunning chalet in a lovely hilltop location. We travelled as a group of 2 families with 3 children and found there to be ample room to accommodate everyone - didn't even need to use the uppermost loft area. Plenty of bedding options! Heaps of room! Kitchen provided everything we needed to prepare meals as required - heaps of plates, utensils, cooking pots/pans, etc. Only a single fridge though so if you're travelling with a larger group keep this in mind. Lovely fireplace and plenty of wood provided. Definitely the centrepiece of the living room! Worth mentioning that Internet speeds are not amazing (it is fairly remote, after all), so if you're relying on streaming services for the kids, just be aware. Luckily, there was a cat from next door to keep them occupied :) Overall, highly recommend.

The stay was excellent; the house and the area are beautiful and well-maintained; close to Cieszyn and the Silesian Beskids. I recommend it with all my heart.

an absolute insider tip --> 5 star PLUS! The villa is an absolute dream come true – we can't recommend it enough! We are a group of ten friends and love this house. We could easily spend weeks here, we feel so comfortable. Everything is just perfect: quiet location, spotless cleanliness, high quality amenities, comfortable beds, so many rooms, the garden, the sauna, the video room...and and – pure luxury! It's a real wow experience. The hosts, Olivia and her father Jurand, are also incredibly warm, available at all times and always there for us when we have questions or need support. --> Absolutely recommend! We love it and 100% recommend it!

We had great time! You see photos and think that this is a good place, but it is even better!!! Everything was super clean, new, fresh linens, towels. The house is big and very comfortable. You’ll have jacuzzi, volleyball, barbecue area, outside terrace, big parking. Very close to the house you can find a lake with a good beach which is good for hot weather. The host is very friendly, ready to answer all the questions. Thank you!

Good conditions, great communication with the host.

This place has no luxuries, but the price is good for the quality, and even more. Unfortunately, the big hotel across the street overlooks the views, but you just need to walk up and it's ok. The owner makes up for any inconvenience. A modest but clean place with all the essentials for the hungry mountains.

Very nice lady. Very nice place and would have great views if it wasn't for the hotel they put in their face. The place itself is great and has everything it should have. Recommended
