Located near the Sarthe River, in an authentic countryside setting, 5 km from the city center of Sablé-sur-Sarthe, the site has a long historical past. From a fortified farm, the site became a Logis with the addition of a chapel in the 17th century, a dovecote in the 18th century and agricultural buildings in the 19th century which transformed it into a small farm. With an area of 43 m² on 1 level, the Pasteur gîte can accommodate 4 people maximum and is equipped for PRM.

Agnès and Rémi, retired, welcome you to the outbuilding of their 14th century farmhouse. Recently restored with eco-friendly materials, located in the center of a landscaped plot of 2 hectares crossed by a stream, century-old trees, beehives. Great for a relaxing and bucolic stay. Close to the famous Mayenne towpath, between Coudray and Daon. Numerous hiking, biking and horseback riding trails nearby. Châteaux de la Loire are an hour's drive away.

We welcome you to this stone house a stone's throw from the river (the Sarthe). The house consists of a 22 m2 living room with equipped kitchenette, living/sitting area, 1 bedroom and a bathroom with shower and toilet. Terrace overlooking the Sarthe - 22 m2 living room (140 x 190 sofa bed) - Bedroom N°1 of 8 m2 (2 single beds 90 x 190) - Bathroom with shower 5 m2 + toilet Dogs and cats are not allowed.

"La cabane" is a fully equipped cottage for your comfort. Ideal for 2 people – 160 x 200 cm bed, it promises a quiet stay in the heart of nature. Studio with sleeping area, private shower room with toilet, equipped kitchen open to the living room (filter coffee machine and Nespresso coffee machine). "La cabane" belongs to a set of comfortable cottages with a shared pool in the middle of nature.

Small cozy apartment on a quiet street. The village is located on the banks of Sarthe with its small port, its lock and its open-air café! The property has many amenities. it is independent of my house with a different entrance. the wifi network is functional, fiber optic just arrived in our small town 😉 I am delighted to welcome you, accompanied by my faithful Australian Shepherd.
