Monthly Rentals in Chena

My wife and I absolutely loved living here for the summer. Beautiful location, peaceful, and cozy. Gorgeous 15 minute commute into town. Very well stocked with kitchen items, bedding, etc. Simon was a wonderful host - extremely helpful and friendly. We would absolutely stay here again.

Hot tub was amazing! Definitely would recommend having AWD or 4 wheel drive if you are visiting in winter. The roads up to the house are not cleared. We managed to make it in & out multiple times in a minivan, but I wouldn’t recommend it. Definitely take note of the hosts average response time. They were great, but didn’t respond to messages between approximately 7pm-10am local time. We experienced some issues with the heat during our visit but host did what they could to make our stay comfortable. Not too many tasks to do when checking out which was great! Very nice home. Seems to be well equipped for families.

This is a fantastic place to stay. Very clean and well appointed. You can’t beat the views. It was really cool being up in the trees and being able to look out across the countryside. Anyone renting needs to be aware the stairs can be a little daunting but it was worth the climb. Thanks for a great final stay on our Alaskan adventure!

This was my first time booking an Airbnb, and Dan definitely set the bar high. The place was spotless, comfortable, and had an amazing view — plus a fully stocked complimentary pantry. Dan even gifted me a loaf of bread from his bakery, which was absolutely delicious. I honestly couldn’t ask for a better experience and will definitely stay here again when I’m back in town. Dan, thank you for being such a wonderful host!
