Beautiful area and nice little cottage, no complaints to be had.

This place is fantastic. The space is well thought out and has everything you need inside and outside. The bathroom is particularly stunning with a great big shower. There is a great patio area with hot & cold taps outside to wash muddy boots & paws. It is peaceful with stunning walks direct from the door. The best thing about this place are the fantastic hosts who went above & beyond to help myself and my daughter. Both before we arrived and during our stay. I highly recommend this place and we will be back in the near future

Christine was a very helpful host! My accountant had travelled from New Zealand and was really welcomed as she arrived. Extremely grateful to her hospitality! The house ‘cabin’ was perfect!! Self contained, views from all windows and very peaceful …. Thank you so much !

We stayed for two weeks at The Studio. It's in an absolutely stunning location, (any noise from nearby road is masked by that of the river running past the old mill), with wonderful views. Lucy, Simon and the rest of their family were extremely welcoming and friendly. The 'rest of the family' included five really friendly dogs, two of which were waiting outside to greet us when we arrived, equally friendly & tame bantams which would come running up to us every time they saw us, a pair of ducks, and horses. There was also all sorts of wildlife including a pair of swans and their cygnets, a peacock, heron, ducks, moorhens and a little egret. If you want to walk to a pub you can get to The White Lion, avoiding most of the roads lacking pavements. Turn left out of Bois Mill, walk about 500yds to a footpath on the right that takes you up the hill through woods towards top of Bell Lane. Lucy & Simon are also happy to detail other walks.
