숙소 위치가 너무 좋았어요! 동성로 메인 거리랑 도보 10분 정도 밖에 안걸리고 큰 길에서 3-4분만 걸으면 돼서 밤 늦게 들어가도 별로 안무서웠어요. 너무 친절하시고, 수건이랑 샴푸, 드라이기까지 제공해주셔서 편하게 잘 있다가 왔습니다. 다음에 대구 가면 또 방문하려고요! 숙소 위치 표시가 없어서 조금 헤맸는데 미도다방 지나서 2층에 소품샵 있는 건물이니 가실 분들은 참고하세요

기대했던 것보다 더 아늑하고 편안했던 숙소였어요. 연인과의 기념일을 맞이하며 방문했는데, 답변도 빠르시고 안내도 자세하게 해주셔서 체크인이나 숙소 이용이 어렵지 않았습니다. 숙소 소개에 있는 사진들의 모습과 거의 동일한 숙소였고, 창문이 많아 환기도 잘 되는 편이라 답답하지 않고 좋았습니다. 야구, 반월당, 중앙로, 특색있는 대구의 음식들, 앞산, 이월드, 83타워까지. 일정이 꽤나 빡빡하고 바빴는데, 지하철역 바로 앞에 위치한 숙소라 이동이 어렵지 않고 어디든 편하게 갈 수 있었어요. 머무는 동안 행복했습니다🥰 멋진 숙소 감사했어요!

Căn phòng rất gọn gàng sạch sẽ, đủ tiện nghi và rất riêng tư. Chủ nhà rất tốt bụng đã hỗ trợ cho chúng tôi nhận phòng sớm vì trước đó không có khách mà không thu thêm khoản phí nào. Mặc dù vị trí xa trung tâm nhưng cũng không tốn quá nhiều thời gian di chuyển.

Absolutely worth it, I stayed there for 1 month and if you want something private and peaceful this is the place. The subway is close by and there's many areas to buy groceries or also for take out. The Host was always responsive and every time I needed help or something for the place like pans or plates, he helped me. It is perfect for 1 person. I do recommend taking a taxi to the place if you have luggage, it is uphill so I don't recommend to get there with transit.

可以说是最喜欢的一个民宿了，窗户很大，睁眼就能看到海景，晚上还有游艇放烟花，老板还给准备了牙刷牙膏、各种洗漱用品，还有小饼干、糖果、咖啡和茶，连泡面都有，真的不要太贴心，我还会再来的～

2번째 방문이었는데 이번에도 편하게 쉬다왔네요. 붐비는 동네가 아니라서 좋습니다. 다음에 또 방문할게요.^^

We had a comfortable stay at Rex’s place with almost everything we need. The location in particular was very convenient and we had no issues getting to different places of interest. Other than that we had a great stay in Busan and Rex was extremely responsive and helpful to our different requests especially since we had an early flight in and late flight out of the country. The electronic luggage scale and charging ports throughout the house are a thoughtful and useful addition to the house. (:

This is the nicest home we’ve ever stayed in with Airbnb! Location was amazing. Home was beautiful. Host was extremely friendly and responsive. If there was a higher rating than 5 that is how I would rate this home! Loved it!!!

4일 예약했는데 호스트분 되게 친절하시고 숙소도 넓고 다 괜찮고 티비가 스마트티비여서 넷플릭스/유튜브 되는 점도 좋았습니다. 하지만 딱 하나 아쉬운 점이 있다면 가구/주방도구/침대가 살짝 부실/불편했던 점 빼곤 다 좋았습니다. 4-5일 있었는데도 수건이 넉넉한 점도 좋았습니다. 방어진 방문하게 되면 또 이용하고 싶어요.

위치는 광안리 바로 앞에 뷰가 최고입니당,,,,, 아침뷰 저녁뷰 다 좋아요,,, 뷰는 잊지 못할 것 같네요 중심가에 있기도 하고,, 깔끔하고 다 만족했어요!

내부 깔끔하고 침대랑 이불도 너무 좋습니다. 샴푸, 린스, 바디워시 다 구비되어 있어 편합니다. 헬스장이 있다하여 사용하고 싶었는데, 사전에 호스트에게 연락하여 카드를 받아야 하는 것 같더군요.. 사전에 말씀도 안 드렸고 오후 꽤 늦은 시간이라 그냥 운동은 포기했습니다. 다음에 간다면 사전에 연락드리고 수영이랑 헬스도 해보고 싶네요. 바다도 가깝고, 1층에 괜찮은 술집들이 많아 밤에 맥주나 와인 한잔 하고 산책하기도 좋습니다.

This condo in PALEDECZ was exactly what we were looking for on a long weekend in Busan. The condo was clean (the perfect size for our family of four) with a view of the beach and boardwalk down below. It was such a treat to stay right on the beach and enjoy everything in the area, including the fitness center and pool. We also got fresh towels daily. We would love to return in the near future! 5-STAR RATING for sure...

정말 완벽했습니다 !

Just the perfect place for any tourist. Close to everything including convenience stores, restaurants, taxis, buses, metro and lot of other places like the haeundae beach, blue line park, club d oasis water park and spa, busan sky tower. Sprawling views of the sea and the haeundae beach coast line and also the gwangan bridge in the background. Just a few kilometres away from the gwangali beach as also the lotte world and skyline luge park with direct buses from a few meters away. Just loved everything about this stay and would surely be back to busan and to PALE DE CZ!!

너무 만족했어여!!!:-) 고층 원한다고 했는데 참고하셔서 고층 받았구요 방 너무 따뜻하고 좋았어요! 다만 샤워실에 그 전 사람이 쓴건지 치우시지 않는 수건이 있더라구요 그 점 아쉬웠어요

이번 가족 여행은 정말 특별했는데, 그 중심에는 이 멋진 숙소가 있었습니다. 아이부터 어르신까지 총9명이나 되는 대가족이 함께했는데, 공간이 넓고 정리가 잘 되어 있어서 모두 편안하게 지낼 수 있었어요. 침구도 청결하고, 주방이나 욕실 등 필요한 모든 것이 잘 갖춰져 있어서 집처럼 편했습니다. 무엇보다도, 호스트분이 세심하게 배려해주셔서 정말 감사했어요. 체크인 전부터 필요한 부분들을 꼼꼼히 안내해주시고, 현지 맛집이나 아이들과 함께 갈 만한 장소도 추천해주셔서 여행이 훨씬 수월했답니다. 가족 모두가 “다음에도 꼭 다시 오자!”고 말할 정도로 만족스러운 숙소였습니다. 따뜻한 공간 덕분에 우리 가족의 추억이 더 풍성해졌어요. 감사합니다!

Everything was same as they described. The moment we stepped in this place, just said 'wow'. 😄 The view that we can see from bedrooms & living room was great. The bedding and and mattress were super clean and crisp- we loved it. It was perfect for a seaside walking and everything was within walking distance. I strongly recommend this place.

아기들과 함께 여행했는데, 너무좋았습니다. 해운대 근처에서 놀거면 이보다 더 좋은 위치가 없을것같아요. 우풍도 없어서 너무 따뜻하게 잘 자고 잘쉬다 갑니다~!
