Outside, next to the faucet, there is a smoking area and a space for having a cup of tea. There is a persimmon tree next to it, so you can pick and eat the fruit in autumn. There is a separate barbecue and dining area, and there is also a small garden right next to the house, so it's nice. I've planted lettuce, perilla leaves, cherry tomatoes, and so on, so you can pick them for free. But you shouldn't do that when it gets cold. This cypress-wood property is perfect for the whole family or groups of people, as it has a spacious living room with both the walls and ceiling made of cypress wood. If you want to have a barbecue, we can provide charcoal, a grill, wire mesh, gloves, butane gas, and more for an additional fee of 30,000 won. The base price for a stay is for up to 6 people, and there is an additional charge of 10,000 won per extra person. If you enter the number of guests when making a reservation, it will be calculated automatically. You can use the fireplace if you buy firewood. There's no water purifier. Refrigerator. We pursue convenience with a simple and concise interior, a neat impression, a convenient flat design, and a functional furniture arrangement. In the summer of 2017, the owner spent his vacation nearby, and this house was prepared to live in the countryside, being fascinated by the surrounding mountains, fresh air, and peaceful scenery. It is the highest house in the neighborhood, with excellent scenery and lots of pine trees around, so the air is very good. There is a garden of 400 pyeong in front of the house, so garden vegetables such as jujube, blueberry, potato, and pepper are growing well. Guests can pick up what they want to eat. The interior is based on white color, which is simple but clean concept. On the second floor, there is a small karaoke room, a book library, a piano, and a computer. There is a small pond behind the house, and in the summer, there is a stream within walking distance. There is a terrace and a bench where you can grill meat. I recommend it as a place where family, co-workers, and friends can quietly make good memories together.
