Monthly Rentals in Cheraw

The school house was a fine place to stay! It was comfortable and cozy. It was just what we needed for our stay with our little dogs. We had no problems at all. We would stay again.

I booked this place last minute for a trip to explore the area. Brian confirmed it fairly quickly and gave greatly detailed check in instructions + a hand drawn map to help. The place was clean and nicely put together. At one point, I accidentally locked myself out and Brian quickly returned my call when I left a voicemail. He was extremely friendly and prepared for that exact situation. Previous reviews mention issues that he has 100% taken care of. It is obvious that Brian takes these sort of things into account and implements measures to fix them - something only a remarkable host would do!

Kendi was very polite and quick to respond. I had mentioned that I would be bringing my daughter and she left bubbles for her to play with. The snacks and drinks were a nice treat, and everything was clean kept and organized.

Janet allowed an early check in. Was very friendly. Some great touches; very warm and welcoming. The outdoor patio was a great place to enjoy the cooler Colorado evenings. Although we didn’t use much, the kitchen was well equipped (including some delicious banana bread).
