Monthly Rentals in Chertsey

Spacious and clean. Very well and thoughtfully equiped. Plenty of room in cupboards etc to put our things. We felt looked after and comfortable. The garden was lovely. All in all we were delighted with the booking and enjoyed our stay. We would happily return.

My family stayed in Holly’s place for around 2 weeks. Her place is spacious, cozy and very clean and tidy. It is in a quiet neighborhood and close to train station, around 5 mins walk, where you can take the train to visit central London and return in a single day. My family loved Holly’s place and we will stay here again if we visit UK again.

Ali was an excellent host—very responsive and communicative. While we did experience a major plumbing issue that took a couple of days to resolve, he kept us informed throughout. The apartment itself was good for the price, tastefully finished, perfect for our budget stay in Chertsey, Surrey. We cooked most our meals and there were enough utensils and pots to cook. Being on the ground floor you also will get a lot of outside foot traffic from other tenants in the building. It was an easy check in and check out. A few minor suggestions: the floors and carpet could use a deeper clean, and the hallway outside the apartment could be maintained better, especially the carpet. The early check-in and check-out fee also felt a bit unnecessary, especially after a long flight, or late flight out of London. Overall, though, we had a pleasant stay.
