Townhouse holiday rentals in Chesapeake

We booked Vacation Village 4br timeshare through Andy but it was full. Andy was able to leverage his connections and find us a 3br HOUSE at Kings Creek Plantation through Spinnaker which was better, I think! We had a full 3br/4bath house to ourselves with three porches in a peaceful setting. Absolutely recommend Kings Creek Plantation through Andy. Close to everything and amazing setting. So quiet and pencil. We will be back!

Great house and location! The neighborhood felt very quiet and safe, and the house being fenced in was nice too. Backyard was nice and clean and well-maintained. House is pretty local to most things and easy to walk (or drive) to. The bikes were great and perfect for riding to the beach. Beds were comfortable, and the host left us bagels and OJ upon our arrival - how nice is that?? Also, host was very accommodating when we needed to adjust length of stay by a day. Friendly, responsive and a pleasure to deal with start to finish. Thanks!

The apartment is clean, bright, and conveniently located in a great neighborhood. The beach access is fantastic. And Darcy is very responsive, as she handled my group's questions very quickly and effectively.

My main communication was with the co-host Abby. she was very kind, welcoming, and accommodating. the house was in a prime location with great food options within walking distance. I plan to be in the area again around the same time next year and if I'm able, I would love to stay here again.

Overall we had a great trip. Rosemary communicated promptly and it was nice having a fenced backyard. Also I’ve been to many airbnbs and Rosemary had the best stocked kitchen (pots, pans, plates, silverware, spices, etc. & cleaning supplies, garbage bags, etc. The snack basket, wine & water are a nice touch as well!

Wonderfully clean and everything in good order. The walk to the beach was easy for the whole family down to our 5 year old. Fantastic coffee shop about a block away (Fathom Coffee) so I never even made my own at the house. The balcony was great for the kids to "Play outside" without worrying about them wandering off. Beds and pillows were cozy and clean. The extras for Beach use were so nice- a little beach cart, some toys, chairs, Beach towels and an umbrella. Google maps insisted on taking us to the opposite side of the block on 19th Street and left us basically on the backyard of where we needed to be. A little common sense got us over a block and we found it pretty quick. The jet tub was nice for the kids to warm up in after a chilly evening at the beach. I wish we'd gotten to stay longer so I could have enjoyed it!

We had such a great time at Julie's place. I highly recommend this to others. Julie was very hospital and the space was clean, lovely, and a great location.

The house was wonderful and Kim was kind, responsive and helpful . We are already looking forward to another stay there. Everything we needed was available and the location was perfect. House was clean, had cute decor, and was private and quiet.

My family was in town for a basketball tournament and the home was perfect for our visit. Just as beautiful as in the pictures and more than enough space for everyone to feel comfortable.

I loved everything about the inside of their beautiful home. Clean, well decorated. It is a smart home so someone older may not know how to get the lights on. The outside could be beautiful, furniture needed cleaning before we use it. It didn’t do any justice to the inside, kinda took away from it Very, very responsive. I would totally stay with them again, if they’d have us. Thank you so much.

Conveniently located close to all Chesapeake has to offer! About 25 minutes to VA Beach & about the same to Pungo. Quiet place with friendly neighbors & responsive host. We enjoyed our stay.

We loved our time at Neptune’s Nook. The property was so well located- the beach and lots of cafes and restaurants were within easy reach. All of the beach equipment was very assessable and made our time on the beach even more fun! The bedrooms were a great size and the kitchen had everything we needed. A fabulous place to stay!

Our stay at "Modern Townhome with Rooftop Deck & Ocean Views" was fantastic! We were concerned that the photos oversold the rooftop view but that was not the case. View was great, rooftop deck was great, cleanliness was great. Only concern we had was the size of the garage. We have a Honda mini-van, not small but not the biggest vehicle, and the garage length was a TIGHT fit and there were no other parking options. There was someone staying at another of the townhomes that had a truck and they were parked outside of the garage; which is clearly state as not allowed. Just something to note if you have a larger truck or SUV.

My family and I loved Bailey’s home .My husband and grand-son stayed on the dock the patio was so relaxing with a big size Checker board ,and a big size Connect four which we had a good time playing. I would highly recommend Sitting on the dock of the bay I would vacation there again.

A great time was had! Enjoyed the location, which allowed us to walk pretty much any and everywhere. I would definitely recommend booking this location.

This is a great spot in Virginia Beach! I grew up in VB and was so happy with the location, the space and the backyard. Will absolutely be back!

My family and I stayed at the property for MDW. My son had an event at Virginia Beach Sports Center and while we were occupied for the afternoon the rest of the family stayed at the house to get ready for the beach. The property was a 15-20 minute drive to both the sports center and the beach. As we initially entered the home we had access to a dedicated 2 car driveway. As we went inside, everyone was so happy that it was as clean and decorative as the pictures. They provided beach chairs and toys for our toddler! She had a great time wandering the quaint fenced in backyard. For context, my family of six is consisted of two teenage girls, 11-year-old boy and almost 2-year-old. There was ample space for everyone. We used the living room as a third bedroom. They do provide a pull out sofa, but we had our own air mattress. A lot of thoughtfulness goes into making a “home away from home”, and Mickey and Jackie nailed it. Thanks again!

Without question, a 5-star stay! The home is set in a beautiful and peaceful location. It is spacious, impeccably clean, thoughtfully furnished. We had everything we needed to feel completely comfortable. I didn’t expect to enjoy the theater room as much as I did—it turned out to be a wonderful bonus that made the stay even more special. Highly recommend!

Wow! What a lovely place. We were in Va Beach to celebrate our grandson’s high school graduation. So, a magical and celebratory it was going to be. Upon walking in the feeling we got fit right in to our frame of mind and plans. We booked here for the closeness, privacy and it’s dog friendly. We ended up leaving our standard poodles at home so we could have the freedom to allow us hours away to play, and celebrate. I am already looking to come back, I will definitely rebook here and bring the dogs. Words can not describe the comfy home, the private street, how close it is to everything, provided by a thoughtful and caring host. You will just have to take the trip, stay here and see for yourself. It was our 1st Airbnb stay anywhere and Mike and Sue certainly provided the best place and exceeded all expectations. Sara, Thank you so much for opening up your beautiful home. I am extremely picky with cleanliness and girl your house was spotless! We all felt right at home. The beds were comfortable and it was nice having 3 bathrooms with 5 women in the house! LOL We would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends! All the best! Lesley

We had such a positive experience at Quinn’s place. The location is right in the Vibe district with all the restaurants, cafe’s and other destinations to explore. Anytime I had a question I received a prompt response. The home is laid out for convenience and comfort and the upkeep is evident. We were able to venture out to other destinations really easily from this location. Great job Quinn!

Stay was amazing and exceeded expectations. Hosts were friendly and quick responders, check in was extremely easy. More than enough room for me and my family. Would definitely book with them again for our next trip.

This is the Airbnb my family and I always go to. We have stayed three times and each time is better than the last. One word...MATTRESS!! Omg the beds were AMAZING!! 5 stars all around! Great coffee, amazing backyard and backyard games, great hospitality, clean home and great television! We will definitely be staying again for a fourth go round!
