Bienvenue au Domaine Réole, une maison charentaise du XVIIIe siècle rénovée, nichée dans un parc naturel de 7 hectares arborés entre vignes et bois. Le gîte familial indépendant de 70 m² (idéal pour une famille / couple avec enfants) est entièrement équipé, dispose de 2 chambres doubles, d’une salle de bain et d’une cuisine ouverte sur une grande pièce de vie lumineuse. Vous profitez librement du parc, de l’étang et de l’espace piscine situé à l’orée du bois (piscine de Juin à Septembre).

We have preserved its ancient character by preserving the old wooden frames as well as the rubble walls. There are 3 bedrooms for 6 people and a heated pool. Furnished 42 m2 fully equipped at the foot of a bike path. Ideally located between Bordeaux (45 min) Angoulême (30 min) and Cognac (40 min) among Charentais vineyards and 50 min from Royan beaches. All shops and restaurants in Baignes (5 minutes) or Barbezieux (10 minutes) 2 municipalities with a summer swimming pool. Possibility of walks in a small adjoining wood of 7000 m2 with small paths. Relaxation assured.

Small house full of charm, which has been completely renovated by us and now offers modern and functional accommodation, with an equipped kitchen, a bedroom, a shower room, toilet, a living area with sofa bed, and a veranda. You have at your disposal a Tassimo coffee maker, in front of a small garden and barbecue. Linens and towels are provided as well as two adult bikes. On the other hand, we don't have Wi-Fi.

Le Petit Tournesol - gîte for two in Challignac

The little Gîte is a beautiful open plan space for two people. A double bedroom sits on the mezzanine level. The gîte sits adjacent to our home ‘Le Petit Tournesol’ and is surrounded by gardens and countryside. In the day please enjoy the pool area (May-September) and the gardens to relax and unwind. Reservations for age 18+ only. We are unable to host children and infants.
