Ce petit gîte de 30m2 sera parfait pour vos week-ends, vacances ou déplacements professionnels. Entièrement fait par nos soins dans une ancienne bâtisse viticole, Charlotte a souhaité le décorer sur le thème du Tournesol, fleur emblématique des Charentes et de Tintin, célèbre bande dessinée, puisque nous nous situons à 30 min d’Angoulême, capitale de la BD. Gîte au calme, au milieu des vignes, à 10 min de la N10. Un espace détente avec jacuzzi est dispo en option payante( réserver 24h avant )

Cabane bâtie essentiellement avec des matériaux de récupération sur le petit îlot de notre étang. Aménagement intérieur confortable, adapté aussi bien pour des séjours courts que pour des séjours longs. Small private island located between Angoulême and Cognac, on the "La Flow vélo" bike path, in the immediate vicinity of the pretty Bain des Dames beach. House with adjoining garden overlooking the river. Many activities on site: swimming pool, kayaks and bicycles, large games room: billiards, table tennis, foosball, darts, board games, toys for children, books, comics... The island is also home to a forest garden, making it a true oasis for biodiversity!

Small accommodation on the edge of the village of Criteuil, with the vineyards in perspective. It has one floor, and a miller's staircase to access the bedroom (unsuitable for young children or people with mobility difficulties). Quiet place, 10 km from Barbezieux (all shops). The sea is about an hour away. Quality restaurant in the village The independent accommodation is adjacent to our home. It's a very simple but well-equipped place to stay.

I offer you a new 50 m² accommodation adjoining my house, but totally independent. Guests can take advantage of the heated family pool from May to October. Depending on my availability, I would be happy to show you around our distillery.
