Short stay with the Family. 2 Minutes by foot to the beach and there is also a playground for the kids. Great apartment with a nice terrass.

Tutto perfetto, Host molto gentili e disponibili, l’alloggio si trova in un paese a 5 - 10 minuti di auto dal mare in un tratto di Sardegna stupendo e selvaggio . La casa è molto carina e accogliente.

A beautiful villa, only 1 minute away from a crystal blue beach. We absolutely loved our stay there and really want to go back another summer! Fabio was really nice and accommodating. It has everything you need and I really recommend his place. 10/10 :)

Soggiorno perfetto.. appena fuori il centro di Pula (raggiungibile a piedi), con comodo parcheggio gratuito a pochi passi. Casa pulita, in ordine e con tutto il necessario per sentirsi come a casa propria (presenti utensili per cucinare, olio sale caffè, ombrellone con sedia sdraio). La casa è dotata di aria condizionata ma non è stata necessaria in quanto la casa si mantiene fresca la sera. Ultimo ma non meno importante, flessibilità su orario check in e out. Tizania's place was the highlight of our stays in Sardegna. It's even better/nicer than shown in photos, has everything you need, and is in a great location for getting around the city. Very spacious, a comfy bed, and good cooking basics. The host was very communicative and helpful, too. We would stay here again if back in the area. Note: we parked in one of the nearby garages (10 euros/day)--we only made one loop looking for street parking but it was an immediate no-go, and navigation may have you go through a ZTL, so garage is highly recommended!

Wir haben uns sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt! Taty hat uns herzlich willkommen geheißen und uns das wunderschöne Haus gezeigt. Es ist wirklich perfekt ausgestattet - vor allem für einen Urlaub mit Baby/Kind. Alles ist sehr durchdacht und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. (Treppengitter, Lätzchen, Hochstuhl, Pürierstab, Spielsachen, etc.) Taty hat uns sogar einen Verstärker für das WLAN organisiert, damit wir es zum Arbeiten auch auf der Terrasse nutzen können. Wir können sowohl das Haus, als auch die Gastgeber zu 100% empfehlen und würden jederzeit wieder kommen. :)

Helemaal tot rust komen in een heerlijk afgelegen plekje met een prachtig zicht midden in de natuur op slecht een paar minuten rijden van het strand. Toplocatie!

If you’re looking for an authentic experience off the beaten path, but a short drive to great beaches, superstores, and 30 minutes to Cagliari, then this is the place! A tranquil property with beautiful citrus tree groves (we picked lemons and oranges daily!), and a home filled with love and character, built by previous generations of Vittoria’s family. She and her sister were flexible with our check-in, met us personally, recommended a restaurant for dinner & where to shop the next day, and even took our sons in-hand to show them the gardens. Over the next few days, we drove <30 minutes to incredible beaches. Vittoria has some great recommendations. Kitchen well-stocked. Beds comfortable. My only watch-out is the stairs to the 2nd floor are a little rickety. For the young and/or the elderly, it may be a little challenging. The listing is correct - you need a car. For those renting, remember to get an international drivers license! Needed for many rental agencies.

Very nice view and the pool is big and beautiful. Very peaceful neighborhood. We chose a beach near Similus as our favorite. About 30 minutes to drive from the house. Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much!!!

Wir hatten eine grossartige Zeit in der Unterkunft von Aldo. Das Haus ist toll und bietet alles, was man braucht. Der Pool vor der Haustür ist ein echter Eyecatcher. Uns hat es sehr gefallen! Vielen Dank für die Gastfreundschaft :-)

Uns hat der Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft hervorragend gefallen. Ein Auto wird auf jeden Fall benötigt. Empfehlenswert ist der kleine und nahe liegende Ort Pula. Wunderschöne und charmante italienische Atmosphäre!

Such a lovely villa in a beautiful location with superb mountain views. We had a brilliant holiday with the whole family. The villa was very well appointed and comfortable, and the outside pool and seating areas were very welcome and well used. The children loved the tortoises and were enchanted by the nightly frog visits and chorus. We were within walking distance of the local restaurant and gelateria with lots of wonderful flavours. The beaches of Costa Rei and Maklas were very close, with soft white sand and crystal clear blue sea. Gian was a great host - really responsive and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. We would definitely recommend the Villa for the perfect family holiday.

Sehr nette Unterkunft, von der aus das Meer in nur wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen ist. Die Lage im Feriendorf ist sehr ruhig und wunderschön, inmitten von Pinien, aber man braucht auf jeden Fall ein Auto, was jedoch bereits bei Buchung bekannt war (Parkmöglichkeiten zur Genüge vorhanden). Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet (inkl. Geschirrspüler) und die Terrasse ist ein absoluter Pluspunkt. Die fehlende Klimaanlage hat uns nicht groß gestört (Aufenthalt Anfang Juni) Würde die Unterkunft weiterempfehlen.

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour en famille dans cette très jolie maison au calme ! Tout était parfait ! La vue sur la baie est époustouflante et tellement apaisante ! Tous les soirs nous avons eu droit à un magnifique couché de soleil. La maison ne manque vraiment de rien, le frigo et les placards sont très bien garnis…on se croirait vraiment comme à la maison. Nous aurions aimé pouvoir rester encore quelques jours 😊 De plus Morgana est tellement adorable !! Elle a été très arrangeante, toujours très disponible et de très bons conseils pour que nous puissions passer un bon séjour. Super communication ! Je recommande vivement!!! Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir🥰

villa impeccable dans un cadre splendide piscine avec vie sur la mer. la maison était identique aux photos. je recomande.

Mein Aufenthalt in Michele’s Wohnung hat mir sehr gefallen. Die Wohnung war sauber und ordentlich und es war alles da, was man braucht. Das Auto konnte man sehr gut davor parken. Michele ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich fand es unglaublich schön, am Abend auf dem großen Balkon zu sitzen und zu beobachten, wie die Sonne im Meer versinkt. Auf dem Balkon steht sogar ein Sofa, auf dem man super entspannen kann. Die Umgebung bietet sehr gute Wandermöglichkeiten und schöne Strände sind mit dem Auto auch schnell erreichbar. Ich würde sehr gerne wiederkommen.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour dans le logement de Camilla. La maison est superbe, dispose d'un grand jardin au milieu des pins, et se trouve dans une résidence sécurisée qui donne accès à une plage privée. La maison est bien équipée, il y a tout ce qu'il faut (dans toutes les pièces), y compris des jeux pour les enfants, etc., on y sent la vie. Qui plus est, Camilla est très réactive et a eu la gentillesse de prévoir un lit bébé, une chaise haute et une gamelle pour notre petit chien. Le seul bémol est qu'il ne s'agit pas d'un logement entier mais seulement d'une partie (accès à une partie du jardin et au rez-de-chaussée uniquement) mais heureusement il n'y avait personne à l'étage à ce moment-là.

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden wieder buchen. Wichtig zu wissen: wir hatten kein Netz (aber WLAN war top!), es gibt einen Gasherd und keinen Backofen, das nächste Haus ist wirklich direkt nebenan (Terrassen nur durch Vorhang getrennt). Das Nachbarhaus war aber unbelegt. Zum Strand sind es 300 m zu Fuß.

La casa è tranquillissima, super organizzata, non manca nulla. Siamo stati benissimo, a noi piace la nostra riservatezza e qui ne abbiamo goduto al massimo. La posizione è ideale per le spiagge di Chia, 5 min da supermercati, 30 min da altre mete interessanti come le rovine di Nora e il centro recupero tartarughe. Simone discreto e disponibile. Consiglio vivamente

Simone and Erika’s house is beautiful, spacious, clean, by the sea, big garden. A perfect relaxing place for holidays close to nice beaches. We would of like to have all the rules before arrival as there are quite a few and if you don’t follow all the rules you would get charged extra €€, i understand they need to put some rules but maybe for the next host better to send them before arrival. Thanks

appartamento comodo e con ampi spazi sito in posizione tranquilla per quanto riguarda il paesino ma in posizione strategica per visitare spiagge e paesini, abbiamo molto apprezzato le indicazioni turistiche che prontamente Corrado ci ha fornito (spiagge ristoranti siti) bellissima vacanza posti stupendi . Tolle Wohnung mit kleinem Garten und gemütlichem Balkon. Die Betten waren sehr bequem und die Wohnung hatte auch sonst alles, was man im Urlaub benötigt. Mirko war ein sehr netter Vermieter, unkompliziert und zuvorkommend, die Kommunikation mit ihm war schnell. Wir empfehlen die Wohnung und würden gern wiederkommen. Danke, Mirko!

È difficile trovare le parole giuste per descrivere l'atmosfera mozzafiato che si vive in questo posto incredibile. Ogni ora del giorno regala diversi colori e sensazioni. La proprietà è meravigliosa e ben curata in ogni suo punto: il giardino è pieno di piante e fiori diversi, la vista mare è impareggiabile, il bbq regala emozioni, l'appartamento è pulitissimo, perfetto e dotato di ogni comfort, è come essere a casa propria... ma in un posto splendido ed unico. La pace è totale, è il posto esatto per riuscire a staccare e godersi qualche giorno di relax totale. Le spiagge nei dintorni sono tutte incredibili e ben accessibili. Avete un cane? La sistemazione è perfetta per voi! Il pregio principale è però un altro: Alessandra e Maurizio sono stati due host disponibili, premurosi e di una gentilezza rara: è stato un piacere conoscerli. Non vediamo l'ora di tornare!

Silvia et son mari sont très accueillants, avec de très bonnes recommandations. Une acceuil très chaleureux dans un appartement tout aussi cosy. On se sent tout de suite bien dans ce bel environnement. Tout est parfaitement pensé. Merci beaucoup à vous deux. Nous avons passé un très beau moment dans ce lieu.
