This was a beautiful apartment with a very kind and responsive host. The amenities were great and you can tell the host takes great pride in providing a comfortable space for guests. We arrived late at night after our flight was delayed and Antonina and her son were very flexible with check-in. The home was difficult to find because it’s a rural area but Antonina’s son met us at the nearest gas station and guided us to the proper location. The airbnb itself is about a 15-20 minute drive to Taormina which worked perfectly for us since we had a car. You can’t beat waking up to Mount Etna every morning! The only downside is that the common area gets quite hot during the day as the sun beams through the windows. Not a huge problem as there are other balconies in the home but something to be aware of. Overall, would definitely recommend this Airbnb!

We had a great stay! The apartment is beautiful, very clean, and fully equipped with everything you need. The location is excellent, there’s a bus stop nearby with connections to many places (including a direct line to Catania Airport). Nonetheless, the apartment is in a quiet and peaceful area. There are supermarkets close by, and we found some really good restaurants in the area as well, all within walking distance. Rosaria, the host, was very kind and helpful. She responded to our messages quickly and made sure we had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again!

Great location, we walked to the main road only a few blocks away with the beaches and restaurants so close. Parking was an issue until Alfio had access to locked parking area right across the street for a small fee, and it was well worth it. Took the bus to Taormina on one day and the bus was also within a 5 min walk. Would rent with Alfio again and his place.

This home is beautiful! The pictures do not reflect how adorable this space truly is. In addition, this was the cleanest Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. I was very impressed! I had a welcome bottle of wine, a beach bag provided packed with all beach necessities, toiletries galore, decor on point… truly a gem. The view from the apartment balcony is gorgeous. You can also go up 2 flights of stairs to the rooftop. This is the perfect location for restaurants and shops. For the beach, you can take a cable car down (€10 round trip), taxi, or most of the Lido/beach clubs have complimentary shuttles. Would highly recommend staying here!

We had a great time staying at Nunzio’s place. He contacted me well in advance of our trip and provided me with lots of recommendations bespoke to my interests. Prior to arrival he provided detailed information about check in and was very proactive with communication throughout our stay. The accommodation was exactly as listed, very clean, and was perfect for our little family. There is a front and rear balcony so you can catch sunrise and sunset. In terms of location it is a short walk to the sea front of Gardini Naxos, the train lines mean you cannot take the shortest walk as the crow flies but there is a tunnel to cross under the tracks. We loved Gardini Naxos itself, plenty to see and do and a great spot for exploring further up the coast. The views from the beach looking around the bay and up at Taormina on one side and Mount Etna on the other are unbelievable. We will definitely come back to Sicily and would happily stay at Nunzio’s again.

We felt at home in Simona's beautiful apartment. There was everything you need, and the apartment is very nicely furnished. Simona is very nice and helpful and gave us a lot of tips and information. Communication was also fantastic. I can highly recommend Simona. Thanks again for everything!

Enrico was super nice! The apartment is located on the lively Umberto Corsa, nevertheless, we didn’t hear any noise in the bedroom. The location is great and there’s lots to do around. Check-in was super easy thanks to clear instructions and a postbox key system. Would recommend!

Loved this place! Roberto and his mom were delightful. His mom helped us check in, gave us great suggestions, and was so quick to answer any questions we had. The location was awesome, literally like 3 min walk to the beach.

This place was absolutely perfect, honestly even better than we imagined. The apartment is modern, clean, and super comfortable, with great bedrooms and bathrooms. But the rooftop terrace was the real highlight- perfect for sunset happy hours overlooking the city. Beatrice was a total rockstar! So friendly, helpful, and incredibly accommodating/ flexible with our check-in and check-out. She made everything easy and stress-free, and her restaurant recommendations were spot on, some of our favorite meals of the trip. I couldn’t recommend this place enough. Our group felt so lucky to have found this gem, and we’re already hoping to come back!

Emanuela is a great host! The apartment is a gem in a beautiful village. The early morning sunrise from the balcony facing the sea is stunning! I feel at home the moment we stepped in to the apartment. Highly recommended!

We had a truly wonderful time at this apartment in Taormina. The place was spotless, cozy, and had everything we needed to feel at home. The location couldn’t be better – just steps away from Porta Catania and Corso Umberto, making it super convenient to explore the town. You can also do a little trekking to Castelmola through the Saracen Path nearby. Our host, Lory, was incredibly kind and responsive throughout our stay. She shared great recommendations for restaurants and shopping, which made our experience even more enjoyable. On our last day, she even helped us arrange an early morning taxi to the bus terminal – a gesture we truly appreciated. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Taormina!

This place was beautiful! The terrace and view were the best part. Friendly and responsive host with good local recommendations. It was a little noisy during the day with some construction happening but overall a great location and very nice stay. Thank you!

This stay is amazing! It's exactly like the photos: decorated in a cute way, the bathroom/toilet smelled immaculate and pleasant throughout the apartment. Here you can really feel at home. It's in a central part of the city, so it's very easy to get to all the main attractions. Thanks to Steffy, we were able to check in and check out flexibly, so I haven't seen it anywhere else. We were very satisfied with everything, if we come back to Catania, we will definitely choose Steffy again! :)

Great apartment in a great spot.

I can recommend it to anyone who wants to explore the south of Sicily. The accommodation was neat, clean and beautiful. The kids loved it.

We really enjoyed two bedroom apartment with clean bathrooms and kitchen! Francesco was very helpful with recommendations of the restaurants, shops and attractions . We had a beautiful balcony with sea view where we had breakfast every morning, great parking just next to the our building. We were able to walk to the downtown but it is not an easy walk. Francesco gave us instructions how to get to the public parking by the car and that was very helpful.

Quiet and beautiful small courtyard, comfortable room, timely response, and very good dinner!At dinner, we tasted the red wine of the local estate, as well as the lemon wine made by Karen & Diego!I am now back at home in Hong Kong, drinking lemon wine bought from Sicily (not as good as Karen & Diego's homemade), and still miss the scenery I saw when I had dinner in this small courtyard. Also, when we got up in the morning, we saw the eruption of Etna from the window!A once-in-a-lifetime experience.

Great location, close to everything in the centre of Taormina. Nice apartment with everything we needed for a few nights stay with our 16 month old. Mariateresa and Emmanuel very responsive and helpful.

It was a great clean and comfortable stay, there were great views and the pool is a nice touch. I was able to get around without any issues and the host was quick to respond if you need anything. I recommend it.

We had an amazing time at Giovanni‘s apartment was big and beautiful and the pool was amazing. And for an extra fee he picked us up from the airport and dropped us back afterwards. Beautiful clean apartment and large balcony. Great functional kitchen and large bedrooms. Easy walk into town there’s lots of bars, restaurants, cafes and shops. Will definitely be back!

We had a great week. The property is a perfect base for excursions to Mount Etna or the Alcantara gorge. The house is beautiful and super well equipped, really everything you need is present. The pool is perfect despite you need a swim cap. The place itself is not special. It's like taking a time trip 70 years back in time. There is a lot of empty and closed. We only went here to the Pizzaria (Orso), which has great pizza's. Fortunately, there is plenty to do in Taormina, so it is not a loss.

The apartment was really great! Checking in was extremely easy and they even accommodated us arriving a bit early which we were really thankful for! We were given great local recos and they even helped us to book a wonderful trip to Etna. The apartment was in the perfect location. Half a block from the Porta Messina and the main hub of town. Plus the cable car was about a block away -- making it really easy to get to all the restaurants as well as the beach! The terrace was the absolute highlight of the apartment. You have uninterrupted views of the mountains and the ocean - and plenty of furniture to eat and relax. We spent the majority of our time on the terrace when we were in the apartment. We can't wait to go back!
