Amazing location with great views! I had a great stay here — the location is truly perfect, close to everything yet quiet enough to relax. The swimming pool was definitely a highlight, with beautiful views and a peaceful atmosphere. The apartment was exactly as described and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Would definitely recommend it to others visiting Chiang Mai!

We had such a great stay! The space was cozy, clean, and had everything we needed. Maggie and Jia were super helpful—responsive, kind, and made everything easy from check-in to check-out. It felt like a home away from home, and we loved our time there. Highly recommend!

I was finishing a 4 month trip in Asia and just wanted a place to rest and get ready for my return trip. Summer's place was just perfect for that. The apartment had everything required , was clean and quiet and I especially enjoyed the pool, sauna and gym. Summer is a communicative and friendly hostess and can highly recommend the apartment to anyone. I walked everywhere, too,but just as easily you can get a local uber To the airport it took a few minutes from the property.

We had a lovely time staying at this nice airbnb. The space was very clean and spacious. It was a nice place to relax after spending a long day doing activities in Chiang Mai. The amenities like the pool and sauna were a great bonus for relaxation. Our family appreciated how it was a walkable distance from the night market.

Apartments with a pleasant view of greenery and the river. All necessities for cooking and laundry are available. Clean bed linens and towels of good quality. There's a large clean swimming pool on the property. The construction nearby is barely audible, cicadas are much louder. Only annoying thing is the noise from the refrigerator. Overall, I enjoyed everything and recommend it.

Had a wonderful stay here! The host was extremely responsive and helpful throughout our stay, and we looked forward to coming back to the apartment every night! It also had a beautiful balcony attached to the room, and wonderful amenities.

This Airbnb is located in a fancy, luxury apartment complex and comes with all the necessary amenities. It feels more like a hotel than an apartment. The lobby area features a vehicle rental desk, a tours and travel desk (where you can book day tour packages), and a cute coffee spot. The host is very responsive. However, the apartment complex has a somewhat deserted feel, we barely saw anyone around.

Siriporn was a gracious and friendly host. The condo, washing machine, pool, and fitness facility were perfect for our month-long stay. The condo is centrally located to a number of walkable attractions—night market, Sunday Night Market, Old City, and the flower market. The condo complex is secure and modern—with a coffee shop on the first floor. A large grocery store is only a 10 minute walk. Plenty of taxis and Tuk-Tuks available. The AC and TVs are excellent.

We enjoyed our one month stay so much, we wish we could’ve stayed longer. We will definitely return next time we’re in chiang mai. The apartment had everything you need, the building and area felt very safe, loved the gym and pool, great location, we could park our motorbike. Kate was lovely and clear and quick communication. The cleaning included is such a bonus. If you are coming to Chiang Mai, stay here! :)

The apt is clean and neat. It feels like home. Everything you need is all in the house. The Netflix is already logged in for me to enjoy. But it can’t watch at the last day, it’s ok. The carpark is spacious. Parking space is wide enough, the building is newly built and everything is smart devices. The gym is not big but enough to use, steam is well functioning but not sauna. I didn’t have time to enjoy the swimming pool since the weather a bit windy. But the pool looks cool and surely chill!! Overall, it is well recommended to solo travellers. The place is convenient, nearby is 7-11 and KFC. I will definitely visit Chiang Mai again and book this stay again!!

Great apartment in Nimman. We had the best stay at Chonlana's studio apartment. Great space with everything you need. The bed was soooo comfortable!!! Great shower too! Safe area with pool and gym. Walking distance to the hub of Nimman. Nimman district is a fab area full of life, colour, crafts, fashion and cafes. Chonlana was awesome to communicate with. So easy and efficient. Even the security guard greeted you with a big smile every day. Highly recommend this apartment for your stay in Chiang Mai! Excellent value!

Beautiful room in the corner with lots of windows and on the 15th floor. If you want a beautiful view, space, and quiet, you will not find better than this. The hosts were incredibly friendly and kind, the space was very clean and had a lot of sauces and things for cooking which was nice. Of all the rooms in Astra, this one has the largest living room, I think even than some of the two bedroom layouts that are more expensive. Plus it is in the corner so there are more windows. It is a unique room design that only exists in this corner of the building. Being fifteen floors high, it is also as quiet as you can get. This is probably the best room in Astra other than the penthouse (I'm guessing, I haven't seen it). This is a gem, I checked out many rooms in Astra and I think this is it. Highly recommend and the hosts are super nice.

I liked this condo quite a bit! It is not a long walk from the Astra to some of the more popular night markets, there is a nice little cafe in the lobby that is open during the daytime, and it is easy to get rides all over town. Gym is a bit cramped (and popular!) but the equipment is modern and well maintained, with great views of the city of the cardio machines. I didn’t use the pool but it looked attractive too. The building staff are friendly and helpful. Pascal was a kind host. I’d easily recommend this as a comfortable stay for a solo traveler or a couple.

This was by far one of the best — if not best — AirBnB experiences I’ve ever had. The place, the neighborhood, the hosts all make for an incredible, magical Thai/Pai experience. Make sure to have tea with Nong, the local artist across the street and maybe invest in one of his beautiful pieces of art!

We were very pleasantly surprised when we arrived. The house had 2 levels and a garden and that made us feel very at home. De host is very friendly. The location of the house was almost perfect for us. Close to the city (10 min with motorbike) and quiet!! Def recommend!

This was my first time using Airbnb, and I was extremely satisfied. The host was very easy to communicate with, and even when I had a car accident during my stay, he was helpful in answering my questions about the situation. It was really comforting to have someone I could ask about Thailand while staying in Chiang Mai. The house was very private, spotless, and I woke up every morning to the sound of birds, which was such a peaceful experience. I'm already thinking about coming back to Chiang Mai, and I would highly recommend this place to anyone. Thank you.

The house was nice and big in a quiet location. We enjoyed our stay. The only down side was the pool was quite farther away than we expected.

In the afternoon, sit at the table, breeze, watch the light and shadow in the pool, and feel the oil. The seven rooms of the villa are in a variety of styles, but they are filled with a rich East Asian cultural flavor.In the room, the Chinese calligraphy pen is overwhelming, the Japanese print strokes are delicate, the Thai carved Buddha statue is full of charm, the owner carefully searched all kinds of treasures, each adding a unique artistic charm to the room.The wooden main structure of the villa has been baptized over the years, but it is still well maintained, with many noble and elegant, exquisite, and every piece is a rare art treasure.It is no exaggeration to say that it is more of a family museum or an art gallery, and the reputation of "luxury villas" is true. The villa's service team deserves the luxury of the villa.The Jane team consists of a thoughtful butler, a masterful chef, two hard-working service staff, and two skilled gardeners.They are immense and take full responsibility for our three meals and living.The chef's carefully cooked Thai food, the flavor is absolutely comparable to the dishes of the local Michelin restaurant, and our group, especially the elders, praise these delicacies.The two service staff were very responsible, and regardless of our needs, they were very responsive, and even helped one member of the team wash the stained shoes after running, which was really touching.Jane, the housekeeper, is the bridge between us and the service team, who not only gave us local tips, shopping guides, but also patience to guide us on how to cope with life's trivia, such as medical medication.Particularly thoughtful, she also prepared local specialty ingredients for us, sharing Chiang Mai's flavor with us, adding a lot of fun to our trip. Chiang Mai, a small town full of surprises.It is hidden and sophisticated, with unique little shops, those subtle hobbies and hobbies that require us to slow down and discover them.The rice field coffee that you accidentally encounter during your trip, you just need to spend a long half a day, you can revel in it; several mini fairs, full of human fireworks, the lively atmosphere does not lose the commercialization of those intentionally created; sit inside the Blue coffee shop of the Chiang Mai Agricultural College, looking out the corn field and the Persian Juyuan, time seems to be slow.Chiang Mai, a big city with a panoramic mountain near, far from Mt., Chapa viewing deck and monks can see the whole view of Chiang Mai.

Utopai is not just a comfy place to lay your head, it truly is a life changing experience. The grounds are an absolute dream. We spent our mornings sunning by the pool, our afternoons relaxing by the creek and our evenings taking in the magical energy of the pool house. We stayed at the Stone Garden House which was a perfect set up for two couples. The home is located close to the pool but facing away, allowing you to feel truly secluded in the jungle. Mon and Cliff were wonderful hosts. Both seasoned travelers, they naturally knew when and how to give us space, while still always available, making us feel comfortable and like we were leaving behind a home and new friends in Pai. They accommodated all of our requests - food delivery, scheduled massages and acupuncture on sight, and even set up a birthday gathering! Thank you for sharing your space and energy with us. Beautiful place 15 minutes from the centre of Pai. The most chilled airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. Mon and Cliff were lovely hosts who really looked after us. So well equipped with an especially beautiful pool. So many amazing hangout spots and Mon’s eye for interior design shone through every facet of the property. Highly recommend and will definitely be back! Thanks again for everything :)

Supansa is a great host and replies to messages very quickly. We had an issue with the hot water not being enough to fill the bathtub and she promptly had the water tank replaced. The location may not work for some but it was perfect for us while we looked for a long term rental in Hang Dong close to the international schools. Thank you!
