We had a wonderful stay in Chiang Mai! The Airbnb was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was perfect—tucked away just enough for peace and quiet, but still close to great restaurants, markets, and temples. The host was incredibly kind and responsive, offering helpful local tips and making sure I had everything I needed. I’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Chiang Mai!

I had an absolutely blissful stay with the host Nepat couldn’t have been more helpful. Recommendations were provided for everything needed and the service provided in cleaning, cooking and doing my washing couldn’t have been better. We had a wonderful at Chiang Mai and that was largely thanks to Yakir. He was a great host and made our stay very comfortable. any issues were dealt with immediately to the extent that he personally took my son to the grocery store to get some food when we needed, and showed him around the neighbourhood upon request for dining recommendations. The house is beautifully done giving a very relaxing vibe and the rooms were well kept. 11/10 would recommend staying here and frankly, if you’re planning a trip to chiang mai you really need not look further. This is the house you want to stay in. Great location, incredible host, fantastic amenities and i’d go a step further and say it’s even better than advertised.

가족여행으로 택한 숙소 였는데 가족들이 묵기에 완벽한 숙소 였어요. 부모님과 어린 아이까지 모두 만족한 최고의 숙소였고, 특히 호스트 Fatimma와 그녀의 스태프가 아주 친절하고 완벽한 응대를 해주어서 너무 좋은 추억으로 남을 거 같아요. 혹시 이 곳을 고민 하신다면 선택하시길 바랄게요~

Excellent experience. House comes with a cleaner and you get beers and water frequently refilled for free. Also if you want a tour they can arrange it for you with good vans and drivers. As mentioned by others it is about 30 minutes away from Chiang Mai Old Town, but you can get there with Grab Taxi’s. Also I was expecting a more jungle like experience but the villa is next to a busy road with a lot of noise in the morning. You can hear planes landing also. Finalky, the house smells damp and can use a little upgrade / attention to detail. However, it was a really big lovely place, we have had great advise and there is a very nice local place called Namthoeng Cafe nearby. In the afternoon we loved to just hang out near the pool, all quiet. So yes it’s a five star experience!

Ming was easily accessible and prompt in responding, we had an amazing stay. The White Villa is an exceptional property and I will definitely recommend it for future travels to Chiang Mai. Thanks again for a wonderful stay

Nhận phòng rất dễ dàng. Tôi không cần gặp trực tiếp chủ nhà. Chỗ ở đúng như mô tả và ngoài mong đợi khi có khu vườn rất rộng . Cây cối được chăm sóc tốt. Hồ bơi nước sạch. Có chuẩn bị sẵn nước và đồ ăn nhẹ free. Đồ chơi cho trẻ em.

I had an amazing stay. The location was perfect, the house was comfortable and had everything I needed. What really stood out was how welcoming and attentive Nif and the family were — always ready to help and make sure I had the best experience possible. I truly appreciated the hospitality and would absolutely recommend this home to anyone looking for a pleasant.

可能是特别的缘分，让我们入住了Moon和Hank的田园小屋，这简直就是本次旅行的最大亮点。自驾租车开过去的，非常好找，有明显的标识。进去后，就是如陶渊明诗中的小屋，我想桃花源记中的场景也不过如此了。干净的厨房和卫生间，舒适的卧室以及床具。 Moon每天早上准备超级丰盛的亚洲早餐，时不时还会过来带我们看院子里养的香料，种的果子以及池塘里的超级大螺。Moon和家人还带我们参加了一场对面寺院的布施功德活动，是一场特别的体验。对于离开，非常不舍，希望下次还有机会住回这里，体验最闲适安逸的清迈生活。祝福Moon和Hank平安快乐，相信我们还会再见。 附： 【周边】算是杭东的热闹区域，隔壁就是108公路，有big C杭东市场，奥莱等购物餐饮场所。不远的地方还有活虾市场，可以买到新鲜的罗氏虾以及拆好的螃蟹，非常新鲜， 肉质鲜甜（参考：制作好的一盒虾+一盒蟹总计490泰铢）。网红餐厅黑森林距离此处6公里 【娱乐】距离夜间动物园，皇家公园很近，旁边好像还有个大象营。去到素贴山、清迈大学那边大概14公里，开车半小时 【交通】建议自驾，周边车很少，好开，而且院子里方便停车，泰国大多数地方也都停车免费，购物中心和超市停车场很便捷。如果不自驾，可以尝试叫grab

A wonderful stay! The accommodation was clean, quiet, and perfect for families. The owner takes excellent care of the place, and everything looked just like the photos. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it to others. If we have the chance to return, we would gladly stay here again.

We really loved our stay here. The house is just as beautiful as the pictures if not more so. And our one-year-old had such a blast in the swimming pool. We loved the tamarind fruits falling from the trees and they have become my son’s favorite snack. It’s true the when we first heard the fruits falling in the roof, it startled us a little but later on we fell in love with the sounds. It gives the house life and special energy. And we really enjoyed the company of the lovely family of the housekeeper and their two cats. The sweetest ever. I would strongly recommend family and friends to stay here and maybe for a longer time. We stayed over a week and were sad to leave.

房子很美，空间宽敞明亮，厨房也很大，设备齐全。在一个安静的小区，打车出门和点外卖都挺方便，也有餐厅咖啡馆可以步行。房东很好说话，有问题随时解决，回复也及时！早到可以寄存行李。

Huge villa for group, a little bit out of central but easily manage with taxi/grab. perfềct location for our group getaway weekend

Our whole family really like and enjoy the experience staying at Jane’s place. The villa is beautiful, clean and organized. Different than those modernized villas, the place has a mix of Thai, Chinese and Western styles, contributing to the overall uniqueness. Good fit for big family with both elders and children. Service is another highlight, Jane could always accommodate our demands and easy to reach. And breakfast is good too!

Highly recommend this house! I had a fantastic stay—the host was incredibly supportive and friendly. The house was clean and located in an amazing area (takes 3 mins walk to weekend street market). Their responsiveness made my visit even more enjoyable!

I had a fantastic stay at this villa! The host Golf was incredibly nice and always quick to respond whenever I had questions or needed assistance. The villa itself is set in a lovely environment, offering great facilities that made my stay comfortable. Its central location made it very convenient to reach various sightseeing spots. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a pleasant getaway!

숙소가 조용했다. 수영장도 꽤 커서 아이와 재밌게 놀 수 있었다. 마야몰까지 5분거리로 위치가 아주 마음에 들었다.

We had a wonderful time staying at Baan Sawan. Everything was perfect from the hot tub to the kitchen, the super comfortable and clean beds to the swimming pool. Getting a Grab taxi into town was simplicity. Mrs Tik made recommendations, organised massages and was incredibly warm and friendly.

Very happy with this villa. The team who greeted us on arrival and departure were so friendly and welcoming. Lovely location in a Thai neighbourhood so felt very safe and Chang mai mall was only 6 minutes away so very convenient.
