Holiday rentals with breakfast in Chiang Rai

Paopanga was an extremely thoughtful and amicable host who goes above and beyond and her house was absolutely gorgeous! We really enjoyed the stay. She provided us with everything you could possibly want for (eg water, snacks, fresh orange juice) and made us traditional breakfast too. The house is outside the town, but it is convinent to visit attractions in Chiang Rai. We strongly recommend and would definitely stay here again if we come back!

Our best stay in Thailand! The villa is perfect, very clean, very cozy and stylish. We slept well and enjoyed the sunrise in the morning. Special thanks go to hot shower, comfortable bed and delicious food! Also, Busara's family is very pleasant and hospitable. Highly recommend!

Wow is the only word I can muster after staying at this magnificent home! The design is amazing, the layout is perfect and the unique design elements really made it a special experience. There’s great local food within walking distance and the neighborhood is quiet.

We spend 7 days at K Sutheera's unique home ( like a large wooden A-frame hut). We loved the unique design, the exceptional host Khun Sutheera and her good eye for design, the little special add on deco she put all over and her marvelous hospitality and great attitude, very well done. We would love to come back any time. Our 3 dogs loved the house, the large garden and the easy going attitude of our host so much. Thanks so much

The house where we stayed was a unique place to stay. Ideal for a family. It is very tasty designed with a lot of local (wooden) materials. The environment is quite natural and very quite. Communication with Bat was minimal and we did not meet him, but we received the information we needed.

The host is kind and very responsive towards all my inquiries. He really help me to may our stay hassle free.

We absolutely loved our stay! The house is amazing, it has everything you need. The area was serene and quiet. The host is a very lovely lady. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend anyone that goes to Chiang Rai to stay here :)

Rob and Fern's house is your home away from home in Chiang Rai. It was so nice of Rob to contact us before our arrival to ask about our breakfast preferences and whether we require help with transportation or information about the area. Rob and Fern welcomed us on arrival and gave us a little tour around the property, and gifted us some local delicacies and fruits. Every morning Fern provided us with breakfast accompanied with amazing local coffee and a lovely chat. Thank you guys for having us and making our stay in Chiang Rai so memorable.

Our stay at Kamonvon’s place was amazing! She went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible, while providing some great amenities like allowing us to use her scooters, preparing breakfast, arranging rides to and from the airport, and even taking us shopping at the mall. We truly enjoyed meeting her, and I highly recommend her space for your stay in Chiang Rai!

The room is relatively clean, the host is very reliable, any questions will be answered, and the car I asked for is on time.

Great place, great stay. The garden and cafe are lovely and exactly what I was looking for. I had no idea where to stay in Chiang Rai and opted for a more quiet neighborhood and that was good. It’s about a 20 minute walk to the center of town and that was manageable, with late night tuk tuk rides a couple of times.

We stayed 2 nights and had the best experience! The location is so peaceful and beautiful, it’s a great little retreat in the nature :) the hosts were so lovely and the breakfirst with homemade cakes was AMAZING! Loved all the animals roaming around :) would 100% come back!

Gaetan and his wife were taking care of us. They allowed us to stay and take advantage of the pool when our return flight was delayed. The atmosphere is very cool and family-friendly. It felt like home. The place is beautiful

We had an absolutely amazing stay at Warin’s bungalow! It was everything we imagined it would be and more. The bungalow and washrooms are very clean. The location is peaceful and beautiful. Most importantly, Warin is an incredible host who is super thoughtful and eager to help in any way she can. She gave us lots of local recommendations and took us to visit the local khmu village. We can’t wait to come back again in the future for trekking!

This is an accommodation located in a rural village in Thailand~ It is suitable for those who want to experience the local culture.You can visit Chi Phong by bike (the bike was provided at the accommodation). The time to explore the village by bike was a very wonderful time~! I had a comfortable rest in nature. (You'll miss the sound of birds in the morning.) Trin and Kusumal always responded quickly to requests~ Small but beautiful Maekam Village~! I hope to see you again someday!

The accommodation is exactly as described in the publication, it is very convenient when you visit the important temples of the city, Van is super friendly, always with a big smile and prepared us a delicious complimentary breakfast, we will always be grateful, I recommend this place:)

We all spend three good nights in the hotel,and include breakfast.

The perfect place if you want to rest and meet nice and local people. Nature, simplicity, authenticity. The host is very cool and you can shop local food from the market and cook by yourself. You can have every morning eggs from the chicken, living in the forest. You can NOT MISS THAT !
