House holiday rentals in Chiang Rai

We had a great time staying here ! The host is welcoming and was there to assist during check in. the place is also clean and exactly same as the photo posted .

Very nice place.Hearted pool was good.Clean inside and outside. Close to tourist attraction.Easy to go around town by car , good for family holiday and business.

WORTH EVERY PENNY, lovely great staff of all service. everything was perfect we had a peaceful time in private space with a beautiful place.

Our stay at this villa was absolutely amazing! In fact, the photo does not convey how fantastically beautiful and cozy the villa is!On the first day of our stay, we decided to extend all this beauty for another night ( unfortunately we no longer had time). The host has thought of every detail, from all the kitchen details, cozy furnished bedrooms and bathrooms to the outdoor lighting pool and a grill with everything you need! Parking is also available in the yard. We traveled and rented a lot, and this is the best rental we have ever rented!The host is very responsive, hospitable, always available and helpful if necessary. In general, it was literally struck by a beautiful bouquet of flowers from the host, who met us on the day of arrival! Also returning to the villa in the evening we found bicycles that were kindly provided to us free of charge by the host. I will be happy to return to this villa if possible, I will definitely recommend it to everyone for a long time!!

My parents and friends had a great time at Nikki’s place. House was spacious and the swimming pool was great. They rent the car to go around Chiang Rai and can cook at the house so it’s very easy and relaxed.

Excellent place to stay, very comfortable and has the plus of the pool, ideal for relaxing. I recommend it for families or groups of friends.

The host is extremely cordial and very helpful. He ensures the guest is taken care off well and provides all amenities. Guides for all local needs and even recommends for all near by wonderful places to visit. I am happy to be at his property.

Nice and clean house. Good value. Nice hosts. Quiet with good beds. Unfortunately, the kitchen is not equipped, but consists of 4 cups and a microwave. We recommend the place

Paopanga was an extremely thoughtful and amicable host who goes above and beyond and her house was absolutely gorgeous! We really enjoyed the stay. She provided us with everything you could possibly want for (eg water, snacks, fresh orange juice) and made us traditional breakfast too. The house is outside the town, but it is convinent to visit attractions in Chiang Rai. We strongly recommend and would definitely stay here again if we come back!

Absolutely beautiful place we were the only ones staying here and it really has been our best place in Thailand so far hosts are so lovely and welcoming. Breakfast was amazing and served at whatever time suited us. Hotel style room turn around branded towels super clean cannot fault it one bit. HIDDEN GEM

Good place. Nice house. Don’t expect much for breakfast but if you speak earlier with them they provide everything. Good service, but no follow up cleaning or towels were provided. Overall good place. The best part of cafe at home ambience. Amazing rooftop!!

Very very friendly owner was very helpful and accommodating. Always easy to reach and even has small things I needed shopping for myself. The accommodation is very clean and everything you need is available. All in all a great stay, thank you.

Je is a very wonderful and friendly host. She personally greet us during check in and make sure everything is in place for us to have comfortable place. In addition, she recommend us a few local tourist spots and food. Her aunty restaurant, Ban Noi is just right next to the homestay and foods are delicious. I highly recommend her house for homestay in Chiang Rai 👍🏻👍🏻

Lovely stay! The fresh open lanna style does not disappoint and the pool was a nice refresh. A great spot to get away from Chiang Mai and enjoy the smaller city. When in Thailand !

Great spacious house with fully equipped kitchen

Our best stay in Thailand! The villa is perfect, very clean, very cozy and stylish. We slept well and enjoyed the sunrise in the morning. Special thanks go to hot shower, comfortable bed and delicious food! Also, Busara's family is very pleasant and hospitable. Highly recommend!

Well, where do I start…. We stayed at this house for 8 nights. The AC in the rooms and the office worked really well. The WiFi is super fast (Thanks to Natcha 🙏🏽 who came to the rescue, so appreciative). The location of this house was within walking distance to Big C, the Mall, Night Bazaar and Bus Station which is very convenient. The area was clean and very quiet (all that I could hear was small critters at night). 🤣 lol Big shout out to the host Natcha!👏👍. She was amazing! 🤩 She was very responsive to my emails, very helpful and swiftly addressed any concerns that we had. We were very satisfied with her service and communication. We strongly recommend this place and definitely stay there again whenever we travel back to Chiang Rai. A few recommendations if I may… 1. The beds were a bit too firm (recommend mattress toppers) 2. A washer would be very convenient especially for people with longer stay. 3. Upgrade cooking burner to two for people that like to cook 😋

This stay was the highlight of our 2 week trip in Thailand! The views are beautiful and the space itself has everything you need. The breakfast in the morning was delicious and Kroranich and her husband were super friendly, helpful, and responsive. We were told to meet at a nearby cafe where there was parking and then driven to the accomodation as you need a 4WD to get there. Would 100% recommend this stay to anyone and would definitely stay again if we were to return to Chiang Rai ☺️

i felt like home. she was very helpfull. even i left at 5.30am she still came to see me and help me with the taxi. if i visit chiang rai again i will book her place for sure. good luck and looking forward to meet you again. ciao🙏

absolutely beautiful place, submerged in a lovely botanical garden. Looks good in the pictures but the real thing is even better!
