NAVVY is a beach glamping house built in 2023, just a short distance from the sea. It can accommodate 4 people and is perfect for families and friends to enjoy a vacation together (there are 2 semi-double beds, and 2 children can sleep together). Feel the ocean breeze, enjoy a BBQ on the outdoor deck, and relax in a barrel sauna and jacuzzi under the stars. You can access the sandy beach in 2 minutes on foot, and enjoy a variety of activities such as swimming, surfing, and fishing at local surf spots. There are many convenience stores and restaurants within walking distance. The barrel sauna and jacuzzi bath can be enjoyed to your heart's content when rented privately! You can also easily rent it. The barrel sauna is 5,000 yen per group and includes unlimited use during your stay, and the BBQ set is also 5,000 yen per group. Please let us know if you'd like to use it We also recommend the Taiyo-no-Sato spa resort, where you can enjoy a natural hot spring (black water), a stone sauna, and multiple saunas within walking distance. There is also a rooftop pool in the summer. It is in a good location just off the interchange of the toll road, about 1 hour and half from Tokyo. It is a 10-minute drive to Ichinomiya, famous as a surf spot, and close to Higashiuraumi.

Irreplace, a designer villa that has just been completed in August 2022. The large 200 m² yard has a rainy day BBQ area, and is a facility where everyone from small children to adults can play. There are 4 bedrooms, making it suitable for groups of around 10 people and 3-4 families with small children. You can spend time while protecting the privacy of each family. The Ichinomiya area can be reached in about 80 minutes from Tokyo. Please spend an irreplaceable time with your family and friends. * There is an additional 10,000 yen fee for using the barrel sauna. * Pets are only allowed if they are well trained small dogs that will not damage the furniture. There will be an additional cost of ¥3,000 per pet. There are no dog goods. * According to the Ichinomiya-cho ordinance, the garden can only be used until 9 pm. This accommodation is located in a good place to get to the airport on the last day. The park is also right next door and you can walk around the area. Above all, the room is spacious, so it feels like it's open. I feel like you cared about the ancillary facilities as well. We rested comfortably during our trip!

It's a spacious apartment for Tokyo, and it's close to the subway station and convenience store. The only thing is that the curtains are not very opaque, and people sleeping in the living room may need to bring their own eye masks. Other than that, all the amenities, listings, locations are great. Very clean too!

Clean, quiet, and very well appointed home. It was obvious the host took great care to try and think of every detail to make this a comfortable stay. He was exceptionally responsive and also helped me with some of my trip plans when I asked. It was greatly appreciated! It is not close to the center of the city, which wasn’t always convenient but I would not have wanted to stay in the heart of bustling Shibuya, so it really comes down to preference.

We loved staying at Shimbashi West Section L! Concierge was extremely warm and welcoming. Check-in and check-out was extremely smooth and easy. We loved the entire vibe of this place! The lounge was comfortable and had a tea, coffee and soft drink station with some snacks that you could help yourselves with. We arrived Wed and they have happy hour where they featured a few drinks for self serve. The overall room was thoughtfully designed and had storage under the bed. There's a bench, table and chair for you to sit and have meals. The room was furnished with appliances and their app had instructions. There were 2 ac units. The water pressure was great. The toilet & shower was a bit larger and there was counter space for stuff. In the halls, we could hear families with kids - the rooms were soundproof very well. We tried the sauna which was a great way to wind down and relax. I'd highly recommend staying here, it's clean, thoughtfully designed and made us feel right at home!

The sauna in this place was perfect after a long flight from the US. We had no idea It was right near the biggest fish market around. That was a nice little surprise. The staff was absolutely friendly, super helpful and crazy responsive. It was priceless to us that they would help us. Call a taxi and explain to the taxi exactly what we were looking for, and we were going. Yay to this place!!!

A nice place feeling like a traditional Japanese home within a modern building. It offers everything you need but you need to check at the wardrobe outside the apartment door for iron, the ironing board, hangers as the host has a small office right at the main door. My children loved this place. Easy to find, easy check in and out and very responsive host. When we found no hanger, they went out and purchase right away for us. However the washing machine has a seperately efficient dry function so you don't need a hanger and rack to dry your clothes after washing. This place is super convenient to get around as it's only 2 min walk from Jimbocho station. Thank you VOYAN team!

Everything we hoped for and more. We loved living in an actual Tokyo neighborhood, close to the Tobu line, having a ton of space in an entire house, 2min walk to a great huge supermarket, and close to the river to go for a run. The house was super clean, big, had a great functioning kitchen and proper rooms with doors that closed on several floors (as opposed to many other AirBnBs in Tokyo) Make sure you know what you sign up for though - if you're looking for a place close to the all sights right in the craziness this is not for you. It's a bit of a ride to Shibuya (1h) and other places, also it's not on a metro line but a private one (Tobu) which the metro 24/36/72h tickets don't cover. Pay as you go Pasmo works of course. We loved our stay and would return in a heartbeat for us 4 people

Thank you very much. They always answered my questions right away, the communication went smoothly, and I felt at ease from booking until the day of the reservation. Unfortunately, it was raining, but we ordered a beer server, a sauna, a water bath, a BBQ (baked outside and had an indoor room), and we had a lot of fun in the rain. We had a relaxing stay in a private space with lots of nature. It was also close to the sea, and I think it was a pleasant memory for the children. He is a very trustworthy host. I'd love to stay again if I get the chance. Thank you so much!
