Holiday rentals with a patio in Chichester District

Fantastic stay for a long weekend with my wife! The location was perfect for exploring the town, and the exclusive development added a touch of luxury. The apartment was spotless and well-maintained, with a great view of the river from the balcony - The seating and table was very comfortable. The one-bedroom layout worked well for us, with spacious rooms and a hall. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. A big plus was the convenient car parking, just a stone's throw from the lift. One tip for future guests: make sure to pick up the garage key fob from the apartment before unloading your car! Overall, we were very comfortable here and would definitely stay again. Highly recommended!

An excellent stay in a delightful basement flat. Tolly left great recommendations for the area and the flat is ideally situated for access to Brighton. I would definitely stay again.

Great private location, fast WiFi (important as we were working) and a clean apartment! Check in was super easy and Sophie was very clear with instructions on how to find the place and how to check in/out. View of the fields/horses from the back were the highlight and hearing the birds in the morning!

This was our second stay here. It is perfect in every way. The Old Exchange is lovely. Spotlessly clean and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Joanne goes out of her way to make you feel welcome and is a great host. We particularly appreciated the food and drink items that were left for us. You will not be disappointed if you stay here.

Susan’s place is so lovely and cozy and has a great view. My husband, who is from the UK, and I traveled to Findon for a wedding and this was the perfect place. Susan was very accommodating and responsive. We’ll definitely be back!

A beautiful space to be in, and the village is very lovely. The weather was very cold indeed, but the annexe was warm and cosy. as well as airy. A very peaceful and calm place

Stayed here last weekend for a family birthday. We could not have chosen a more perfect location or property. The amenities were perfect for a leisurely get away, loads of space inside & out. Exactly as described in the advert or reviews. All communication made for an easy arrival/check in/out and a very generous welcome hamper We were extremely lucky with the weather and sat the first evening eating & drinking outside watching red kites, hawks and the finale being a barn owl feeding in the next door field. What a treat to watch. The hot tub and electric BBQ made for an easy and fun evening. We did not explore as much as we would have liked but it was the perfect location for our weekend at Goodwood just 15 mins away. I cannot recommend highly enough if anyone needs a large space to entertain or just enjoy. I will definitely return to explore the wonderful attractions and scenery on another occasion. Thouroughly enjoyed our stay here, in a tranquil setting, with cool touches such as a record player & hammock, with good restaurants and the races within walking distance. And the sea a short drive away. Tamzin was a perfect host.

We loved our stay at Monica's place! It was exactly as described and photographed. Clear instructions and everything was perfectly clean and tidy! We happened to meet Monica when we arrived, who is lovely and friendly without being intrusive. We would most definitely recommend this as an excellent place to stay!

Another comfortable stay at Jonathan’s house whilst visiting our family locally. Jonathan was always responsive if we had any questions.

Had a lovely relaxing break here, the space was fantastic and the surroundings were peaceful and quiet. Excellent location - the village pub is a must visit!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the cottage is small but perfect for a couple and a dog. It was spotlessly clean, well appointed, characterful and welcoming. We had a fantastic stay during May half term with the kids - the house is stunning, even better than the photos and the view is spectacular. The house has a very high -end finish to it and had everything you could wish for in terms of amenities. We look forward to visiting again sometime soon

The cottage is very tastefully decorated and has everything you could want. Sandwiched by two pubs and within easy walking distance from all the amenities and attractions, highly recommend this place.

Alan was a great host, friendly, flexible and quick to respond. The flat was clean, tidy and had lovely furnishings. A perfect little residence for a Brighton stay, well located, only a short walk into the main part of Brighton and the sea.

We agreed with all the previous reviews, and would like to add, Elmer is a great place to visit, and the proximity to the beach is fabulous. Robs information was second to none!! The walks were breath taking. Our special visit was Arundel, the castle, gardens, and town were amazing. Ok, now for our one grump, the fridge is a bit small!!! i know, ridiculous but we didn't know whether to put the wine or the milk in the door, so had to drink the wine, and put the milk in the fridge....sorted. By the way, the welcome basket was very much appreciated.

Lovely accommodation just the right area for us, easy to find with clear instructions. Very clean and had all we needed for our stay with convenience store right next door. David responded to any messages very quickly. Would definitely stay there again.

Had an amazing time. A lovely space to stay in for the weekend, could have stayed there longer. Close to the seafront and a 15 min walk away from the Brighton 360 and upside down house experience. Plenty of local shops including Tesco's and Sainsbury's and lots of pubs and food places. Felt at home and a comfortable stay, the host (Jess) was very responsive too when I had queries. Overall an amazing stay, thanks so much.

Excellent apartment in great location, gated community, and facing the marina. Easy distance to central Brighton either via the beach, electric railway, car or uber.... Good local restaurants if not eating in town. Apartment was well equipped, clean and functional. Secure parking. A vey enjoyable long weekend stay by the coast.

I've visited Adrian's several times now. The flat is perfect for a restful stay, while being close to amazing restaurants, bars, the beach, parks. Adrian is a great host and check in and staying at the flat is always very easy. Highly recommend for a visit.

Nice and clean, easy access from the back if you want to avoid the steps, roomy, modern and well catered.

Fionas place was a wonderful find. Perfect for a couple, roomy and in a perfect location. On street, unrestricted parking. Will certainly be back.
