You are surrounded by greenery but only ten minutes from the Asti-Est motorway exit. Located between Asti and Moncalvo, it is an ideal spot. Siamo a 5 min di macchina dalla Basilica di Superga ed intorno abbiamo un bosco e tutta la collina della Panoramica con Parco Avventura per i più avventurosi. La città di Torino è a 16 min di macchina, ma sarai comunque avvolto da uno spazio incontaminato nella natura piemontese. Nei dintorni ci sono degli ottimi ristoranti tipici piemontese. La città di Chieri è a meno di 10 min di macchina.

Al piano terra della casa troverete una camera matrimoniale un bagno una cucina attrezzata con divano letto, al piano superiore abito io e mio figlio. Le aree comuni sono l'ingresso e il giardino.
