Great for big families with children. Very clean quit place. Walkable distance from lake, local restaurants and grocery stores. We had a great time, children loved staying there. My 6 years old child decided to buy that exact house when he grows up :)

We spent a week, beginning of January, in the cottage and it was very comfortable despite the negative outside temperatures. The multiple heat points (pellet stove, open fire and radiator) allowed us to be perfectly comfortable and we always had enough wood and pellets, available. Our host was lovely and caring. The cottage was very clean as well as the sheets and towels available ☺️ The cottage is located in a beautiful place, very quiet and with amazing views of the mountains. The area is very charming, lots of hikes possible and restaurants to try. I also recommend a visit to the Teglio tourist office, where we were very well received and advised. A perfect vacation! No complaints, 😌 a big thank you!

We stayed at Maria Luisa's for 3 days during the Christmas holidays. Very clean and equipped with everything you need. Sheltered location with beautiful mountain views. Maria Luisa was always responsive in times of need. The only advice, given the somewhat rough road to get there, is to save the location on the navigator. Definitely recommended to everyone.

Beautiful and clean apartment, located in a nice village close to Sondrio. It feels really cosy and has everything you need, including basic things for cooking. The hosts even provide some tasty biscuits and jam, which feels so nice! Communication with Stefano was fast and easy. Strongly recommended!

We stayed at Pierino's place for 5 nights. There were five of us and it was a great experience for each of us. Our children were also delighted - although the two adults at 15 and 17 are not exactly in a simple phase. The pizza oven was the total hit and the need for hot water to make a fire made it all an experience. There are great opportunities for walking nearby. Pierino is great. Very helpful and reliable. He gave us very good tips. He and his wife are very welcoming and absolutely gracious. The house was exceptionally clean and the property is lovingly maintained. Very high quality bed equipment! We had wonderful days as a family and want to come back.

The house was simply perfect for us - in sunshine we enjoyed the wonderful view outside. On the cooler days, we read comfortably in front of the fireplace. The beds were so cuddly that sometimes we just wanted to stay in bed, but then the very luxurious bathroom motivated us to take a shower😉! The kitchen is also well equipped. Since it was a bit cooler, we even made a last fondue with mountain cheese from the region in May - wonderful!

Very clean environment and with every comfort. It's like feeling at home. I enjoyed everything... from the soft and fragrant linens, to the terrace where it's a show to eat, to the pool to cool off. Katiuscia's dad set up umbrellas and deck chairs for us every morning. The place is very relaxing and is a strategic point for reaching beautiful places to visit. Thanks for hosting! :-)

Our stay at Bruno and Chiara's was a break in a green setting. The house is beautiful, green, flowery, stones, woods, finds, personality, warm, atypical, cosi, comfort, neat decor, shaded... Close to multiple beaches of Colico, and Lake Como, towns and villas, botanical gardens = beautiful!!!! And what about the hospitality: Chiara: adorable, ultra responsive listening and taking care to make sure everything goes smoothly: booking, follow-up, check in, during the stay, check out. Bruno: ultra welcoming host, who give lots of restaurant tips and activities, he is available whenever we need him. He knows how to pamper his guests. Thank you Bruno for your kindness!!!! Sara's place was perfect! Really cosy and comfortable, especially after a tiring day on the slopes. The kitchen was really well equipped and the bathroom and shower were of a very high standard. The apartment is a short walk from the slopes and close to some small restaurants and a supermarket. Sara was a great host and always available when we had a question about our stay. Overall, we had a wonderful time and we will definitely be back!

Beautiful house and very clear explanations. Full kitchen for preparing lunch and dinner. The host is available and responsive. There is a trattoria 150 meters away where you can eat very well.

Apartment was very good,very clean and warm like at home. The ownes very friendly,they give as something from the farm for free and they respond you for everything. I have it a bad luck because was raining every day but still the place was beautiful. I recommend it.

We had a wonderful stay at Alessandro's accommodation! Everything was absolutely clean, lovingly furnished and incredibly cozy – you immediately felt comfortable. We lacked nothing, every detail was really thought of. The atmosphere was relaxed and inviting, exactly what we needed. Thank you, Alessandro – we'd love to come back!

A little paradise on Lake Como! The view was simply spectacular – from the balcony you could admire the glittering lake and the surrounding mountains, an unforgettable experience, especially at sunset. The garden was lovingly laid out and invited you to relax - ideal for a quiet breakfast or a glass of wine in the evening. The pool was a real highlight: crystal clear, pleasantly tempered and also with a fantastic view of the lake. A perfect place to unwind. I'm sure we'll be back!

We loved it. The house is very cool and tastefully designed. The area is quiet and has beautiful views. We were able to enjoy the pool and even barbecued on the veranda. Angela was very friendly and helpful. He gave us tips on restaurants and places to visit. We hope to come again :)

Beautiful, spacious house that was very clean. The car could be parked in the garage. The house is located on a mountain slope and has a fantastic view over the valley. In good weather you can see Lake Como. Friendly welcome by Paola. She responded quickly to questions we had. We found the mattress of the bed much too soft, but that is a matter of taste. The wifi connection was not stable. It regularly dropped out.

We found ourselves in a fabulously beautiful place. We lived in a cozy, atmospheric and comfortable house. Everything is very clean. In the morning we had a great breakfast opposite the Alps. We will definitely come back here! Grazier mille!!!

Maria’s home was perfect. It overlooks a vineyard. It has everything you could ever need. You feel at home as soon as you enter. It’s close to Tirano and very easy to get to the train station. We had a wonderful time.

Baita Pierino is a jewel immersed in the woods, an oasis of tranquility in which to take refuge after walks, with a small veranda where you can drink a coffee while listening to the sounds of nature. We spent three days in Katia's accommodation with our dog and everything was as described, we lacked nothing. The area is well served, in fact, just a few kilometers away you can find bars, restaurants and shops. Katia is kind and helpful, she made us feel at home. We highly recommend it!

Amazing place to stay!! The cabin is in a beautiful location in the middle of the mountains, the view is just breathtaking. The place is really well equipped and has everything to just disconnect and enjoy nature. Silvia was really helpful, responsive and even gave us super good recommendations. Would definitively go back!

A simply amazing stay in Tirano! 🌟 Everything, absolutely EVERYTHING, was perfect. - Cleanliness is impeccable. - Minimalist decoration with taste. - Everything seemed to be new). The bed was very comfortable, as was the sofa bed. The kitchen, a dream, coffee maker ready, gleaming utensils, integrated dishwasher and two balconies where you can have an espresso or an aperol with dreamy views. The location... EXCELLENT! Steps from the train station, ideal for the Bernina Express, close to charming restaurants, and with views that make you want to write poetry, even if you don't know how to rhyme a word. The host was another high point: friendly, attentive and with recommendations that improved our experience 1000%. A total crack! In short, this apartment is a 10 out of 5, it invites you to COME BACK!!!! 😉

This place is absolutely magical — filled with warmth, peace, and a sense of true comfort. If I had known it would be like this, I would have stayed here for my entire vacation. Everything about the house and the valley made me feel at home in the best possible way. If I ever return to the Alps, there’s no doubt I’ll come back to this exact place. I honestly don’t know what more to say… just wow, wow, wow. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for such a beautiful experience.
