Excellent experience. Friendly and clear host in communication. Well-kept apartment, very practical and pleasant to live in. Perfect place for my needs (very close to the University and a practical supermarket; the promenade is rather close). I definitely recommend it and thank you for the hospitality that made me feel good.

I had a wonderful experience with Mirco, kind and always ready to fulfill my requests. He had to wait for my arrival, several times postponed for some of my unforeseen events. Breakfast food, plentiful and for all tastes. Very pleasant temperature inside the property, despite the fact that there were 0° outside. Perfect bathroom and comfortable bed. Experience to renew if needed

The house is very welcoming, located in the countryside with a view of the sea and the mountains on the other side. In fact, the location is optimal if you want to visit both the sea and the mountains. everything is very nice!

Tucked away just 5 minutes from Sulmona and 7 minutes from the postcard-perfect village of Pacentro, it’s the ideal romantic hideaway. Peaceful, beautifully styled, and surrounded by stunning countryside—it feels like your own slice of Italian heaven. Francesca has thought of everything. The house was spotless and incredibly well stocked—the fridge and pantry were filled with thoughtful touches that made our mornings easy and our evenings cosy. We enjoyed a mix of eating out at local favourites and cooking at home with gorgeous local produce. If you're thinking about booking—don’t hesitate. You’ll fall in love with this place just like we did!

Nice place on the hills of Pescara, in a quiet area. Everything was provided, nothing missing for a great stay, parking place appreciated.

Paolo's B&B is located in Spoltore , a very nice village, when you arrive at the top of the village there is an incredible view of Gran Sasso and the sea. The B&B is as described , very welcoming , being a basement is not very bright but for a short stay like mine is fine. Paolo and his dad are very polite and helpful. What can I say, I would definitely go back.

What a great place to stay, Zita and Hugh where wonderful hosts. We were met and shown the place along with some history. We've been to this area about 9 time since 2011 and travelled to Capestrano many times but this was the first time we stayed in Capestrano. We use to only go to one restaurant in the town but now staying here we ended up going to four, all good. The location is really good for day trips to Sulmona, Popoli, Navelli, Santo Stefano di Sessanio, Rocca Calascio and if you get the chance Campo Imperatore for arrosticini. We were 2 couples and we loved the place, the amenities made the place feel like home, the kitchen fully equipped, the washing machine and large common area for eating and relaxing. We had other friends in the area who came over for a drink and they all loved it as well. Thanks Zita and Hugh for providing a wonderful place.

Flat very well located within walking distance from the city centre. Furnished in a modern, bright and functional style. Equipped with all necessary amenities to provide a relaxing and pleasant stay. Beautiful terrace with a fantastic view. Hosts very helpful and available. Highly recommended!

Excellently place to stay in Sulmona! Graziano was a wonderful host. Walkable to so much. We felt perfectly safe. The area was fairly quiet. Everything we needed was there, great restaurants & local groceries. We will most certainly be back.

A very pleasant stay, Vincenzo turned out to be a very friendly and easy-going person, he was able to give us directions and advice on how to get around, on some places to eat and also places to visit. We had the pleasure of being welcomed into his home, which proved to be just as in the photos and corresponded to the description, making us feel at home with all the comforts. The neighborhood is very quiet both during the day and at night, easily accessible both by car and, if you want, also on foot or by bike (it should be noted that the road includes some climbs and hairpin bends) but completely feasible. The Trabocchi coast is 1 km away and there are bars and restaurants nearby as well as small fry shops. Overall, a very positive and relaxing experience, an excellent solution if you want to escape the usual patterns and popular destinations to rediscover yourself and inner tranquility. A quiet little street lead the way to this gorgeous and pristine apartment with a stunning open patio. It was warm and cozy while being crisp and clean. Highly recommend!
