We felt very good in the house. The house is very well equipped and nothing is missing. The terrace is just wonderful. Highly recommend.

Mireia was available for dialogue right away and was attentive to any needs even if not physically present. Nothing to complain about and the cottage, although on three floors, is cozy and gives a family feeling. Surrounded by greenery, it enjoys a lot of tranquility.

Vincenzo and Tracey were incredible hosts for us adults and our toddlers. Their hospitality, top notch! The home and views will truly leave you breathless. If you like the countryside, this is the place to be. Beautiful Pineto beach is just 30 mins away. Lovely wineries within 30 - 45 mins. If you appreciate nature and beautiful mountain drives + going to the beach, you’ve found it. 💕🙏

Our stay at Ellen and Gustav’s place will forever stay in our hearts. It was a transformative vacation, so much so that we now dream of creating something similar ourselves, someday, somewhere. The atmosphere, the energy, the style, the history, and the love that have been poured into this place are perfectly blended, making everything feel natural and special. Of course, there are small things that could be improved, but they are nothing compared to the immense sense of peace and well-being that the house and its surroundings provide. Every corner, every piece of furniture, every view, the silence, the beauty of the night atmosphere, everything spoke to us deeply. A heartfelt thank you also to Bice, the co-host, who welcomed us warmly and was always available and kind. We truly carry this place in our hearts and minds. Fantastically beautiful location in the mountains, beautiful pool and good functional furnishings. You just have to be aware that it is a very quiet place and you have to drive at least 30 minutes to 2 hours for excursions or the like, which was completely ok for us. Angelo is a great host, we would come back anytime.

The town is absolutely beautiful and so peaceful! I felt like I was the only tourist there. I highly highly recommend staying here!

Very nice property located in a quiet, spacious area that can accommodate a large group of friends or family. Very clean and close to all amenities. A car is necessary to be able to move around. We really enjoyed our stay at Raffaella's.

Ewa is a great host! She showed us around and helped us with everything right away! It was a lot of fun in Pineto. The bikes were very helpful (we had a rental car later) because Pineto is the nearest shopping. Thank you!

Short stay in a beautiful and peaceful village in Abruzzo. The house contains everything you need and the garden with pool is very well laid out. The owners are lovely people who also own a restaurant in the center, which we recommend you try.

Nice accommodation with all necessary facilities, a big garden and a magnificent pool. Located in a quiet area with superb views on the surrounding mountains. We truly enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend it.

My wife and I stayed at margherita's Villa on May 18-26 and it was a wonderful experience. The Villa was even more spectacular in person , the accommodations were very comfortable and beautifully appointed. The grounds are maintained meticulously and the pool is inviting even on a chilly day. The panoramic views are spectacular. The location was perfect for us while visiting our family in Bucchianico. I would highly recommend this property and look forward to returning . 5 stars all the way around !!

dear Helenia and family, We had a lot of fun with you. The ground floor apartment is spacious and beautiful. We were surprised, because it is much nicer than in the pictures. We enjoyed the outdoor seating and the large garden a lot. We are grateful for the tasty cake, eggs, wine, pasta sauce and so on. What lovely people you are. There should be more people like you. I recommend everyone to stay here! More than worth your money. Love from us.

One of my best AirBNB experiences, I slept really well in this lovely apartment. The exterior of the building was quaint and had character but the insides were modern, recently renovated and tastefully decorated. Fontecchio is a small but really charming little village and a great base to explore this corner of Abruzzo. The only thing is that public transport is extremely limited in this kind of rural area so you will have to rent a car if you are thinking of staying in Fontecchio. But otherwise, I rarely give out such great reviews on AirBNB - this is definitely an excellent choice, I truly recommend this place based on my great experience. Every time we encountered a minor issue, Fabrizio and Todd looked into it and took care of it at once, you can't ask for more. Thanks so much for a great holiday.

We enjoyed walking around the historic center and shopping in local shops. Beautiful views from the apartment with a fantastic balcony for breakfast and a glass of wine.

Everything was perfect, kind, serious and helpful.

The house is very well situated between Atri and Pineto, and has a fantastic view of the surroundings, ocean and sunset (probably sunrise as well). Paola and Carmine were extremely responsive and gave plenty of good suggestions. The place is also very well equipped if you’re planning on cooking. The only slight downside is that, being just off the road, you can hear the cars going by when you’re in the garden. But even considering that, the place is great value for money.

Franco is an amazingly super helpful host and if we ever return to the area we would 100% get in touch with Franco to stay.
