Alessio, Mary, Ivana + Gino are beautiful people who will accommodate you in their home with every respect.

The accommodation was perfect, great location, close to walks, activities, historic sites and shops. There is a lakeside bar a short walk away. Views from the house looking out to Lake Scanno and the mountains are spectacular! Great hosts, very responsive. We had a wonderful time at Casa Fenice. Amelia & Kevin made us feel extremely welcome in their beautiful home. They really have thought of everything from spare toothbrushes to beach towels! If you fancy giving Abruzzo a try you couldn’t choose a better place to stay

Beautiful apartment, decorated in an Italian style. Very clean. Fully equipped, the apartment had everything you needed and even more. Great location, 3-minute walk to the sea, max. 10 minutes to the center. In a quiet neighborhood. Ms. Simonetta is very nice and communicative. At the very beginning, she showed us places to go, recommended the best restaurants, and even ordered a taxi to the airport for a specific time. We are very pleased and we will definitely stay there when we visit Pescarze.

Highly recommended! Excellent welcome on arrival, impeccable cleanliness! Absolutely nothing was missing! Sandra and her husband made us feel right at home! Case Pensiero fully lives up to its name. It provides spacious, uncluttered accommodation in a fantastic location, inviting thinking and reflection. The vista from the bedroom and living room windows towards the Majella National Park is priceless. The surroundings are beautiful and quiet, but all amenities are just a short drive away. Germano, who lives next door, is an excellent and responsive host who made our stay as perfect as it could be. We will definitely be back.

It was a wonderful vacation. The house is not large, but it has everything you need, including high-quality tap water that is safe to drink. There is a beautiful yard where you can relax. Nearby, there is a park, a supermarket, an inexpensive bar, and a pizzeria. The owners are very hospitable and can arrange transportation to/from the airport for a small fee upon prior agreement.

Loredana's house is quietly located without car traffic in the small town of Spoltore, below a small square and with a great terrace. View of the mountains. The town center can be reached in a few minutes with a bar, pizzeria and bakery and also a nice supermarket. The place is perfect for a quiet relaxing vacation. Very pleasant with furniture for the old house, but with all the modern necessities such as a good gas stove, large TV and quiet air conditioning. Loredana personally welcomed us and helped us a lot, especially in finding a doctor. Free parking above the house with a few stairs is easy. We enjoyed the peace and tranquility of the place and the house for 14 days.

Sergio was a fantastic host! He welcomed us with a smile in the house, offering us the exquisite harvest of his garden. In the house there was water, coffee, croissants and milk as well as numerous spices and oil. The house was very clean and very spacious. After three days, the towels were also changed. Sergio gave us information about the area and restaurants in the vicinity. Absolutely recommended!

I highly recommend staying in this place, Selene was very nice, helpful, quickly replied to messages, gave many local recommendations and welcomed us nicely! :) from the accommodation everything was close, to the beach and to the city center! :) the bus from the airport stops right at the accommodation :) I was in Pescarra for the weekend and this accommodation was perfect! ☺️☺️

Nicola’s apartment is very comfortable convenient for Guardiagrele and is very modest and well appointed. We really appreciated the free breakfast at a near by cafe in the middle of Guardiagrele and the information Nicola provided 😊

This was a wonderful place for us to relax and wind down. Right near the beach and many fantastic restaurants, Gelato and Grocery stores. Alessandro made us feel welcome and right at home.

We had a great time at Annalisa and Giuseppe's, who welcomed us in a friendly way to their B&B, perfect for those who love nature and tranquility; the place is very nice, immersed in silence, far from the chaos but at the same time very close to the town of Vasto, which can be easily reached in a few minutes by car. The accommodation is comfortable and welcoming, it corresponds exactly to the description.

Our experience at this property was extremely positive; Marcello's welcome was undoubtedly perfect; nice, polite and very clear in the directions. The cleanliness of the apartment is perfect; the bathroom is very clean, the bed, sheets and wardrobe are equally so, and this is not a given, as we have unfortunately been able to ascertain in other properties. Great place to stay with my girlfriends for our little beach trip. Within walking distance to the beach, and centre of town. Couple of supermarkets nearby, plenty of space, two bathrooms, extremely clean. Needing a little TLC as property is an old Italian style apartment, but couldn’t fault it really. Excellent! The hosts are around the corner, easy to communicate with, beautiful and quiet. Large American style fridge freezer, kitchen has everything you need. They left some breakfast for us, water in the fridge, and what strike me the most the apartment was extremely clean!!!!! Large balcony, blackout rail in shades.. You won’t be disappointed! Enjoy

My stay at this Airbnb was absolutely fantastic! The host was incredibly friendly, communicative, and good at English. He was always happy to help—whether it was giving recommendations for must-see places, the best restaurants, or the most beautiful beaches. Whenever I needed anything, I could always reach out to Raffaele, who went out of his way to assist. It was clear that he genuinely cared about making sure guests had a great experience. Beautiful new apartment, very centrally located. The suite is in the ZTL zone so you cannot park there; however it was a short 10 minute walk to the central parking lot by the train station (which was also very cheap). Valentina had everything we could need in the apartment - it was well stocked with necessities for cooking as well as condiments in the fridge. We loved her place and highly recommend it! Would definitely stay there again! Thank you Valentina!

It was a wonderful weekend ( we immediately regretted that it was so short). Right from the start we were wonderfully looked after, Francesca was already waiting for us on the street, checking that we were ok. Thanks to her warm welcome despite my health problems, I knew straight away that it was going to be wonderful. Flat great, clean, spacious, 2 bathrooms!!! Water, magdalens, coffee everything is there to start the day well. Super fragrant toiletries in the shower, large towels. Sea view from the balcony.... Close to the beach. I recommend with all my heart and Francesca and the flat. We will 100% come back.😍🥰😍🥰

We had a fabulous 9 night stay at Luciano’s beautiful apartment. It is even better than shown in the photos and the view from the outside terrace and main living area is stunning. It is very central to Sulmona which has many fabulous restaurants and bars but also very quiet and peaceful and the whole apartment is very clean and comfortable. The kitchen is very well equipped for cooking in which we did a few times using the fresh local produce from the market. Luciano met us on arrival to show us round the apartment and have some great restaurant recommendations. We were in Sulmona for hiking and there are many excellent choices in the Sulmona area. It was our first visit to this area but we would love to return and would definitely stay at Luciano’s place.

I greatly appreciated the attention to detail and care that Carmelina shows for the comfort of guests. The amenities were perfect, and the welcoming atmosphere made us feel at home. Short distance to the beach (5 min walking) or public transportation (3 min). It was a wonderful experience and we will certainly return when we have the chance again!

A super stay! Such a beautiful and private location, walking distance to the quaint old town. Very clean, comfortable and spacious. Great hiking in the nearby mountains, delicious walkable restaurants, well equipped kitchen for self catering, and Bruno was a fabulous host. Excellent communication, friendly, and very helpful when we needed some assistance for our car.
