The apartment is just like the photographs, it has everything for a comfortable and relaxed stay. The best thing is the view from the balcony. In addition, the check-in is super easy and communication is very fluid on the part of the tenants. The environment is beautiful and very quiet and safe. I would come back a thousand times.

Christians B&B was on a perfect location with a large kitchen, gorgeous view, a big bedroom en a very nice balcony but after we arrived we discovered that the internet was not working. We contacted Christian and he immediately called us. It turned out that the internet company did not show up that day to fix it. Christian offered us to move to his other apartment on the other side of the street where the internet was working. This apartment was even nicer than the one we booked! What a very good service and we really enjoyed our stay!! thanks again Christian!!!

Everything was good, the instructions were very clear, close to downtown Santiago, a very good view, and it has everything you need to have a very good stay! Recommended!

The accommodation is perfect in location and convenience. Everything is very close and there are many restaurants nearby, ideal for a long day and having somewhere to dine nearby. The shower is strong and very hot, ideal for cold days. The hosts were very kind and everything was very clear for access. Super recommended

Fabi's cabin is a magical place in Puerto Natales. It felt like a movie, thank you very much to her and her husband for the ease of check-in and for welcoming us in such a magical space.

Maria Angelina and Francisco were unforgettable hosts. They are available for any eventuality or doubt that one may have. Even when we arrived at the Valparaíso terminal, they came to pick us up as a courtesy since they were available at that time. It is not just another accommodation, but one in which you feel at home and have your hosts nearby and can count on them for inquiries and recommendations. They made us feel very good and we for our part enjoyed the location of the accommodation very much, since we could use several means of transport, in addition to walking (which we love) to interesting places that are nearby. Being one step away from the Baron elevator is a plus! There's a giant supermarket as soon as you get off this elevator. The armchairs in the apartment are very comfortable. The room is perfect. On the balcony you can enjoy the view while having an aperitif! Highly recommended.

Super cozy, clean and very safe apartment. It met all our requirements. Quiet street despite being in a busy area, there was no noise at night. I would definitely stay there again next time.

The apartment was great. Very close to the metro and markets. Walkable to many restaurants and bars.

Our stay with Erwin was a great experience. Check in and out were smooth and easy, and Erwin was easily accessible at all times approaching and during our stay. Erwin helped our group with tour guides, dinner recommendations, laundry and more. The apartment itself was clean and had a beautiful view of the city and lake. Our only regret was not staying here longer.

An excellent place, very central and accessible, you will not find a better location. The apartment is clean and organized with everything you need for your stay. With Juan Pablo, very good communication, attentive to inquiries at the entrance and exit of the premises, giving directions so that everything is simple and expeditious. He also made it easy for us to bring a small pet one day and was understanding when we told him that we broke a glass, which we were able to solve with him. Everything excellent, recommended.

This is a beautiful apartment close to a number of coffee, shops and restaurants. The Neighbourhood feels very safe and welcoming. Our host welcomed us in person when we first arrived and gave us a great tour of the apartment, which is absolutely gorgeous. Their number of personal touches which shows how much attention was put into its design. I would not hesitate to stay here again on my next trip to Santiago.

We had a great time staying in Vitacura. The Penthouse was lovely and spacious. They left a nice bottle of wine for us upon arrival. The patio was FANTASTIC with views of the entire city practically. We loved the openness of the space. The beds and the bedrooms were so clean and comfortable. The master bathroom shower was really wonderful. Great hot water!! The second bathroom had some issues with the shower control and sink faucet, but we just didn't use them. The kitchen was very clean and had most of what we needed to cook and eat in. Only negative would be the condition of the main sofa in the living space. The main seating and pillows are a bit dirty and in need of a good cleaning or replacement. The neighborhood was lovely. It was very safe with quiet streets, close to excellent restaurants and a grocery. The only negative would be that it's a bit of a walk to the metro, however Uber was easy and convenient. We would definitely stay there again.

The apartment was in good condition, the views were the best, the main bed was very comfortable, although it is not suitable for smokers, there was a smell of tobacco that was noticeable in the apartment, it did not seem like a single guest who did not comply with the policies

Everything was great, excellent view and location, accessible, etc... maybe the only thing missing: a TV with a streaming device, to be able to access my YouTube and Netflix accounts

Very nice apartment, easy to find and enter. The view is a spectacle. We also found the environment very cozy and well decorated, sometimes we didn't even want to leave. Matias was very attentive and always promptly answered our questions.

Everything was excellent, very good communication, Jorge was very attentive, nothing to say about it, the place is as it appears in the photos, the best thing is that the place is pet friendly❤️🫰✨

Great location, great surroundings, excellent view. Very well equipped. Easy to get around with a car. Comes with parking spot right away and very easy to check-in. Very very spacious.

We had a few beautiful days in Papudo. The apartment is very comfortable and you have everything close by, the beach, minimarkets, restaurant. I'm sure we're back!

Excellent apartment, the very quiet area, access to places such as the beach, supermarkets, entertainment are close, the interior is spectacular, it has all the utensils that are used in a home, the pool and gym are well equipped, everything clean, and the attention of the building concierge and the impeccable, very kind and polite. It's well worth what you pay for a stay there.
