Max is a fantastic host. New and very clean accommodation with tasteful and attractive furnishings and decor. Wonderful views through the large windows where I spent one morning watching a condor soaring alongside the nearby mountain. Very pleased with the choice to stay here.

The house is very nice, the view of the city was the best, everything was clean and tidy. Communication with Nicole was very cordial, and she was attentive to everything. I totally recommend this place. We had a great rest.

I loved this place, ideally not to popularize it so much, since the best thing about it is the location away from everyone with a view of the sea, incredible! The cabin has everything, I felt very safe and disconnected, which was what my husband and I were looking for with my dog. Thank you Sandra, apart from the Green Room, exquisite! The place is just beautiful. That, added to excellent service from Bernardita, who was always concerned that we were enjoying ourselves, and an exquisite loft, made our stay a memorable experience. We came with my partner and our dog, and we had an amazing time. Finally, we should mention that we came in a car without traction and we had no problem accessing the loft. Although the road is not paved, and it has a couple of cracks, it is not essential to come in 4x4 (or 4x2). It is very likely that we will return, thank you for everything!!

I visited the lodge for 3 days with my partner, it was the best decision to go to this place, everything was impeccable, fully equipped, with all the comforts that one dreams of, Javier was exceptional at the time of delivery and throughout the stay, if I had any questions, he answered me immediately and with the best disposition to help us make the stay perfect and so it was. I'm in love with this apartment and (wish I could say that) I will be moving in next week. The location is fantastic, very walkable with lots of restaurants, bars, and transit nearby. The home is beautifully decorated and has amenities you would have if you lived there (a water jug dispenser, tea selection, extra towels, etc). Paz was very responsive when I had questions, the doorman was helpful when we couldn't figure out where to find the apartment key, and her house manual was super helpful. Highly recommend staying here to anyone visiting Santiago. The cons are very minimal, but will share here so you are aware: the shower head needs replacing (water comes out at a trickle), the bedroom floor is very squeaky, and the bed is both squeaky and sinks in the middle so it's a bit difficult for 2 people to sleep comfortably. Local recommendations would also be nice (or even a crowd-sourced guide that visitors could add to. Don't wait, book today! :D

Everything was fine with the hosts, a beautiful, comfortable place in a very good part of the city. The problem arose with AIRBNB, which wanted to cancel the reservation under conditions that only suited them.

Carlos' instructions were clear and he was attentive at all times if we needed anything. Check-in was very simple and there was no problem with the accommodation. It has many extra things that are useful for spending time (such as board games, books, etc.), it is very close to the beach and located in a very nice area of Viña. The only thing (which is not Carlos' fault, in fact he helped us book the pool) is that if you want to use the pool, come for several days and plan well, since we booked very hastily and it just happened to coincide with the cleaning. Other than that, I'd go back to the apartment, great for couples🥰.

Excellent place, comfortable and good location

Fabi's cabin is a magical place in Puerto Natales. It felt like a movie, thank you very much to her and her husband for the ease of check-in and for welcoming us in such a magical space.

The apartment was well located, and had everything we needed for our stay! The building has great amenities and in a great location! Jessica went above and beyond as a host and we definitely recommend this apt and Jessica as a host at any of her properties!

The apartment has an unbeatable view, very comfortable. If I had to give any recommendation, I would say that the TV was not very good and that to leave the apartment clean it is necessary to have utensils for it. But in general everything was very good. Highly recommended.

Lorena was an excellent host and communicated with us straight away. Her apartment was tastefully decorated, beds were comfortable with a large tv in each bedroom. Very comfortable living room , good kitchen and a large dining table. Great value and extremely cosy.

We loved our stay here. It's a terrific apartment, beautifully decorated with stunning views of Valparaiso. We enjoyed it so much and were so relaxed, we even decided to order food in one night so we didn't have to leave! When we did go out, the location is unbeatable - close to supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, walking. If you choose not to walk, Uber has no trouble finding the address. Beds are very comfortable and showers are hot. The lovely gentlemen at concierge are super helpful with parking, laundry keys (even small change for the machines!) and general enquiries. They also explained that there is a garbage room on each level so we could easily dispose of bottles, etc. One of my favourite stays in our 7 week trip.

Cristobal was very attentive from the first message I sent to learn more about the accommodation and any questions we had during the stay, he responded quickly. The apartment is great, well equipped for cooking, very comfortable bed and good shower! Improvement points: it would be ideal to install air conditioning, as the apartment faces the sunrise, so the sun shines all day, which makes it very hot! We didn't need air conditioning because it was a cold climate, but we still used the portable fan to sleep. Regarding the TV, we were unable to use it because it had few streaming services and we were unable to install others.
