The house was great - beds were really comfortable and we appreciated that there were blackout curtains in each bedroom. The kitchen and bathroom were both well stocked with the essentials. Location was great, really close to a grocery store and restaurants and quick to get on the highway anywhere else.

Everything was wonderful.. the house, stocked well, beds were comfy, neighborhood was great. Easy to get everywhere, backyard was nice and quiet. Lots of blankets and towels which was great! Really appreciated having washer and dryer and garbage tote.

We enjoyed staying at Alecia’s place. The house was clean, linens were fresh. She was also very attentive to her guests. We had seven people and she prepared seven bottles of water for us plus snacks. The kitchen was well stocked with tools for cooking. Check-in and check-out were extremely easy. Her attentiveness made our stay extra enjoyable.

What a wonderful experience staying at Sara’s place! We stayed for 2 weeks and it provided us a comfortable and conveniently located home away from home! Kitchen is well stocked, beds are comfy, and bathroom is updated. Dining room and living room areas made it so there was plenty of room to spread out. Sun room is awesome and washer/ dryer made life very convenient. Sara went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home. She provided a dog bed and a crib which made every member of our family more comfortable. Throughout the stay she was extremely responsive and I always trusted I could reach her. 10/10 would recommend. Thank you Sara!

The host was incredibly friendly, helpful, and quick to respond to any questions. I really appreciated their hospitality and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended!

We have stayed here previously. Both times were enjoyable, peaceful and the home has everything you could need. We enjoy the barbecue grill and the patio at the back of the house. The location fits our needs perfectly and the neighborhood is safe and quiet. The house is clean, the furnishings are comfortable. The decorating is very welcome as well. Great stay while visiting our son at RIT. Our pups loved the fenced in backyard and a great and quiet neighborhood for walking. Bathrooms were especially extra clean which means a lot to us while traveling. We spent lots of time in the nice sunroom with comfy couches and privacy. Jason was very communicative. We felt right at home!

Stayed here with a group of 5 and it was good for us. Loved being close enough to walk to lots of restaurants/cafes and in such a leafy, porch-filled neighborhood. We spent a lot of time (in June) on the porch and loved it.

We had a great stay at Amy’s place while in town for my son’s sporting event. The house is large, very clean, and stocked with everything you could possibly need—it made traveling with kids so much easier. Amy was a fantastic host—she sent over restaurant recommendations before we arrived and even mailed back a few clothes we accidentally left in the dryer (so appreciated!). The location was super convenient—close to stores (Target, Dicks Sporting Goods, Wegmans), restaurants, Lake Ontario (2 miles away), and only about 20 minutes to Rochester. We visited in early April, so we didn’t get to enjoy the pool or outdoor space, but it all looked lovely.

Neil's place was the perfect spot for a family reunion. The house was located within walking distance of local restaurants and shops (or a very short drive) and had a nature walking trail just down the street. Neil clearly put great care into making the home comfortable for guests. It was well stocked and appointed. When we cooked dinner our last evening, there were sufficient plates and cooking supplies - a peeler, wine opener, etc. When it rained, we enjoyed the pool. We enjoyed the large dining table with a sufficient number of chairs (lots of cards games). There were plenty of rolls of toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, etc. The washer and dryer worked great and he provided the detergent. Will definitely be looking to book Neil's place in the future!

We were looking for a quiet place to enjoy a weekend with friends while we attended an outdoor concert at Wayne County Fairgrounds. This definitely hit the mark! Four adults and dog were very comfortable. Spacious bedrooms, great kitchen so we didn’t have to eat out, and comfortable house overall. Even saw two deer and a fox in the backyard one night! Highly recommend because Kenneth was more than accommodating.

What can I say about Melissa’s place?! It was everything we needed and more for our stay in Albion to visit my family over Christmas. Her home is spacious yet cozy, with a full kitchen stocked with snacks and drinks, a lovely fireplace, and so beautifully decorated with her original art! We felt so at home there, as did our dogs, and we hope to return in the summertime when the pool is open 😄 Melissa is an INCREDIBLE host who has put her heart and soul into creating such a warm and welcoming space for her guests to enjoy. I can’t recommend her place enough! It’s perfect for guests attending a wedding at the Lockstone, with convenient access to Batavia, Darien Lake, Medina, etc. Thank you Melissa!! We (my parents, siblings, and nieces and nephews) had an incredible time on this wonderful property. It's far enough from other homes that we didn't have to worry about the kids being too loud as they played together outside, but also close enough to major stores and other attractions that it doesn't feel too much in the middle of nowhere. This was the prefect setting for our large family to all be together without being on top of each other. The kids ping-ponged between the pool and the barn each day, and headed up to the game room for a little wii or tv at night. The pool house and main house are conveniently just steps from each other, so we didn't feel too divided, but it was also nice to have two separate spaces to accommodate different dietary restrictions and nap schedules. Highlights of the stay: several of the younger kids learned to swim in the lovely pool's big shallow end, and when the owners' 13-year-old facilitated a visit for the kids with her adorable ducks and chicks.

This is my families second stay at Bree’s beautiful home for the Christmas week. The family gathers from all different cities and such a perfect spot to come together ! Cozy and spacious , kitchen is well supplied and the views are spectacular. We were so happy to have a white Christmas this year and 6 fox sightings in the yard!! Highly recommend!! Haven’t stayed for the summer season but I can imagine with the pool and hot tub and lake use opportunities it would amazing. Thanks again Tom

Magnificent homestead built in 1855. Beautiful grounds. Loved the animals in the barn. Lovely tennis court and swimming pool. Comfy beds! Martha was totally responsive and helpful. Peaceful and relaxing stay!😊

A hidden gem! Our family had a wonderful time. Clean, and inviting. The donkey interaction was so neat for my kids to experience. We’re definitely looking forward to going back!

We had a perfect stay! The house was absolutely lovely—clean, well-equipped, and very comfortable. The location couldn’t have been better: only 15 minutes from everything we wanted to see and do, in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Our host was responsive and made everything super easy. Shannon was such a nice host. She met us outside, very nice greeting and simple instructions. She responded right away with any assistance needed. Absolutely loved the area and was so peaceful at night. Stayed for one night and couldn't of had a better time. Kitchen was so adorable and cooked a nice meal for my boyfriend and I. Michael’s home was perfect for our needs. It is in a community that seems quiet and safe. The house is on the smaller side but it was plenty of space for me, my Grandfather, Mom, Husband, and son. My first impression was that everything was very clean, in good condition, and it was cozy. We are planning on going to Rochester again in March and I will be looking to book Michael’s place!

We had a great stay. The apartment was clean and comfortable. It is close to restaurants and stores. We visited Niagara Falls which is an easy drive.
