Mr. Erol and his family were very good, the location of the house was beautiful and calm, the house was very convenient, there was everything, there was the most beautiful water purifier, there was nothing wrong with the internet, everything was in the house, as if it was in her own house, there was a very comfortable two garden barbecue, there was a large terrace in the bedroom. There was a quiet and super sea view of the house Ayit beach and two large pools, I would recommend to anyone.

We were in contact with Mr. Ferhat until the day of accommodation, and he provided quick and solution-oriented answers to the questions. We met Ms. Sebiha on the day of our stay, and even in the phone conversation, her sincere and warm voice is enough to put you at ease. Everything was so perfect that I can say that we had a home in Çeşme that we will come back to :) Everywhere was sparkling clean and smelled like cleanliness :) Ms. Sebiha's gesture for our breakfast was very thoughtful. Every detail in the house was perfect in one word. It was a very nice and very subtle behavior of Mrs. Sebiha to pour water behind us and make good wishes while sending us off. We would like to thank Mr. Ferhat and his mother, Ms. Sebiha, for everything.

Everything was very nice. It was easy to communicate with Mr. Savaş. Mr. Mustafa was very helpful. It was a pleasant holiday.

The house was very clean and tidy. Although we saw that the pool was smaller than it looked in the photo when we first entered, it was a pool for eight people. Even while chatting at the pool at a normal level at noon, the neighbor next door started to watch us behind the fence and expressed that he complained about our voice in an unstable way. Although we try not to wear it much, I can say that it hit our fun for a short time. But other than that, the house was very satisfying. There were enough kitchen utensils, TV, internet, air conditioning. We didn't manage to turn on the hot water, but there was no problem in the heat of summer. It was a nice choice to enjoy as a group. It is five minutes walk to the super market. You can easily take care of any needs around you by car.

The location was marvelous and very safe. The owner was always around to help. There is a path direct to the beach with a very short 3 minutes walk. The beach is mostly little stones but this makes the sea very clear unlike some other sand beaches in the island especially in wavy days. Thanks Stavros, a 73 year old helping warrior from Star Wars...

Halil was an amazing host. His place is just magical with amazing views. we had a great time and recommend this place to anyone going to Cesme.

We didn't like Marmoro that much compared to other places, calomoti, mesta, prgi, bellhop, we were more interested in these places, but everyone's style is different. The hotel was a very nice warm place. We didn't communicate much with the hotel owners, but it's in a very nice location and location. Very nice place for the money. Would recommend to anyone

I was looking for a place for the weekend with my family. It was the perfect place for all of us, comfortable, cozy and homelike. Caglar was attentive from the beginning of the reservation, gave clear instructions, facilitated everything we had needed. The neighbors were really friendly. The beach close to the house eas was really clean, suitable for children. Hope to stay there again. Highly recommended.

Very nice apartment with air conditioning. Lots of space, very pleasant to live in, ideal for all types of travelers, alone or with family. The apartment is close to Chios. There is a small supermarket around the corner where you will find everything you need. Maria greeted me on my arrival to show me around. I really enjoyed the cake she made for me and the water in the fridge, especially since supermarkets are closed on Sundays. Maria is a very kind person and was available whenever I needed her. She even allowed me to find beekeeper honey. I recommend it.

Aspa is a very friendly, wonderful person. Every detail has been thought out at home. It was very clean and everything was available. The location is close to the center and the port. Everything was beautiful, I will definitely stay here again!

Our stay at Artemis was great! The hosts are kind and friendly, check in was easy. The location of the apartment is central yet in a quiet street. The apartment was spotless and newly refurbished - the space was perfect for a family of three + very kids friendly.

We were quite satisfied with our staying at Konstantinos House. Kalamoti is a wonderful place, full of historical value and peaceful vibe. Konstantinos is a very kind person, ready to answer all our questions, facilitate his guests staying plus the house is very beautiful and nicely decorated. We are looking forward to going back again. I hope we will.

One of the best vacation we had. We were 5 people (two families). The description of the apartment was accurate. George was very cooperative and helpful, and responded to all our messages in a short time. Check-out was very flexible (in view of the availability). The apartment has 3 nice bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (one with a barh and one with a shower). There are 2 floors, each has a big balcony, right against the sea view. Location is the best and the beach is mostly welcoming, as well as the side restaurants-bars. One should note there are some 10 stairs from the street to the front door, and 30 more to the first floor of the apartment, but it worth every one of them. Parking may be a problem, but usually, by evening time, we have found a place. There are a few near supermarkets and other stores, and the place is a good spot to stardaily tours around the island. We will certainly come back.

Despoina is really thoughtful. This home has everything you need. Flexible check-in and check-out times have been a life-saving place for us to stay when we come back.

If you are looking to be in a place, that is walking distance from the center of the city of Chios, this is your place. The place is exactly what you see in the pictures. Lot's of privacy. Only minus on the place is that there is no view towards sea (you are surrounded by buildings), although the garden gives some nice touch. Highly recommended

From the moment we made the reservation, they answered all our questions quickly and in detail. The house was very comfortable, calm and cozy. We have not experienced any security problems. Katarraktis is a quite and peaceful small town with lovely restaurants. Worth staying there... House has a wonderful location with also a wonderful view. Δημητριος was extremely helpful and kind. Very quick response with specific directions in case you require help. Had a delicious, peaceful and lovely time there.

It was such a delightful experience. Location of the place is great on such a peaceful bay with clear water and calm beach. The house is next to a good restaurant where you can find fresh and delicious food. And you can also arrive to Komi Beach in a couple minutes by driving. The best part of our stay was it felt like we had a private beach which is a good privilege. Virginia was so helpful whenever we needed something. The house has everything you can need. We hope to come back next year..
