It's just 1 minute from Regla beach, and 100m from the beach! (Monument of Light). It is located in a residential development with a swimming pool and a very family-friendly atmosphere, surrounded by dining and leisure areas. In the winter season it is very quiet and in summer you will have one of the best atmospheres in the area.

One bedroom ground floor apartment, living room-kitchen, bathroom and terrace. Ideal and only for a maximum of 4 people. It is not rented to 4 adults. It is only rented to: 2 adults or 2 adults and 2 children. Pets are not allowed under any circumstances. I don't know they can make parties, so as not to alter the good coexistence with the neighbors. As of 08/28/2026, the apartment will not have bed linens (sheets) or bath linens (towels) due to the bad experience we had in the summer of 2025 and the summer of 2026.
