villa splendida e curata nei dettagli. se cercate un posto tranquillo ed isolato, la villa risulterà perfetta. Risultano scomodi tutti i tornanti da fare prima di arrivare alla strada principale. Per il resto un'esperienza molto positiva

Das Haus ist neu, sehr geräumig, wunderschön, top gepflegt und genau wie auf den Fotos und in der Beschreibung. Ein Traumhaus, in dem wir uns sehr sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Eine absolute Empfehlung! Man muss jedoch wissen, dass man ziemlich abgelegen auf einem Berg wohnt und zwingend ein Auto benötigt. Wenn man die absolute Ruhe sucht ist man hier genau richtig! Die Betreuung vor Ort war ebenso top. Bei Fragen oder Problemen wurde sofort reagiert bzw gehandelt. Wir können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen!

We had a fantastic stay and a wonderful time! The property and the rooms were even nicer than in the photos. Communication with Alberto and Roberta was super easy and quick—they were always available and helpful. They also shared some great local restaurant tips for the area and Ortigia. Some of their recommendations we already knew from our last trip to Syracuse, and we’d totally recommend them as well. 😎 Overall, we had an amazing experience and would love to come back! Just a quick note for anyone looking for a standalone house or villa: this place is actually made up of several (very beautiful) apartments.

We spent a brilliant week here with our kids (11 and 13) and, although we had plans to explore more of the area, the moment we arrived, we didn’t want to leave. The house has a calm, welcoming feel that instantly puts you in holiday mode. Aside from a day trip to Syracuse, we were more than happy staying close. Pozzallo, a 5 min short drive away, has an incredible gelateria right on the beach. And just a stroll from the house is The Lampana, where we dined on many occasions. The food is fantastic, and the owner speaks perfect english. The house itself is spotless, beautifully designed, and so well thought out. USB ports by every bed. A few practical tips: there’s no house manual, so ask all questions when you arrive. Rubbish needs to be taken to a local point, and remember to save cash for the tourist tax at checkout. But honestly - book it. The view takes your breath away! The pool was a joy, worth getting it heated (30 degrees) if you plan on using it a lot.

The house is amazing. On 2 floors with 3 beds and 3 bathroom, new and clean. The architect and designer have done a terrific job. You also have a terrace with sunchairs, dining table and a bbq. Great location. 5-10 minutes walk from the main touristic road, overlooks a beautiful square and church, down you have two amazing cafes and one of the best restaurants in town (ristorante crocifisso). Great welcome from Silvia who provided flexibility on check-in and helped with a couple of bespoke requests. Family friendly - you can request cot and baby chair. Spaces work well for a family stay. Convenient, you can park your car just below the house, plenty of free parking underneath. The only things to note: - Steep stairs inside the house. You can close the doors if you have a baby. But if anyone has problems with mobility maybe not ideal - The church ring the bells a few times a day starting at 8am and ending at 8pm. Although the rooms are well shielded

Margherita’s place is just amazing. We spent 3 nights there with my husband and our 2.5 year old son and it was perfect in every way. So lovely drinking coffee outside in the morning, looking at the beautiful views arounds. The surroundings are beautiful, great for kids to play around. He especially loved the chickens and doggies around. Kitchen was well equipped and the whole place was clean and smelled amazing. Margherita gave us great tips of what to explore and what restaurants to try out. Thanks so much!

Marion’s place was absolutely wonderful and we could not have hoped for a better place to stay. Marion was such a warm and welcoming host but not at all intrusive. She really wanted us to feel that the place was ours for the stay, not hers. We ended up feeling so at home we didn’t want to leave! The villa was pristinely clean and well equipped (lots of spare dishwasher tablets, toilet rolls etc.) but also calm, spacious and not at all cluttered. The view was just stunning and the pool felt like it could have come from a luxury spa. The location is brilliant for exploring the region and it is literally a 5 minute drive from the beautiful Noto and lots of stunning beaches. We would love to come back again one day - thank you 🤩
