Monthly Rentals in Chom Thong

We stayed for two weeks and had a great experience. The hosts were incredibly kind and helpful throughout. The internet was impressively fast (463/338 Mbps), which was perfect for remote work. There are some extra amenities not listed in the description that were provided, which was a pleasant surprise. While the room and kitchen are both quite small, they're still very functional and well-equipped. The location is very convenient — there's a 7-Eleven just 10 meters away, and it's in a quiet neighborhood. The MRT and BTS stations are about 500 meters away, making it easy to get anywhere in the city.

We had a wonderful stay! The host is incredibly thoughtful and very responsive — always quick to help and make sure everything goes smoothly. The apartment is very well equipped, we didn’t miss a thing during our stay. The condo itself is also excellent, with comfortable co-living spaces that are perfect for working or relaxing. The staff and security guards are very polite and respectful, which made us feel safe and welcome. I highly recommend this Airbnb!

Host:Very responsive and quick to address any questions, making communication pleasant and efficient. Apartment:Everything matches the description perfectly. Among all my travels, this is the first place where I felt so well-equipped, with everything down to the smallest detail.Appliances include a fridge, microwave, stove, kettle, toaster, rice cooker, and even a steamer for manty.There’s also a spacious washing machine, which feels luxurious considering the many laundromats nearby. The workspace is excellent, with plenty of drawers. Windows and balcony doors are equipped with mosquito nets. Infrastructure:The gated and secured property features a nice swimming pool.A 5-minute walk away is a 7/11 and MaxValu, both convenient for essentials and promotions.Nearby are McDonald's, restaurants, and a massage parlor.Highly recommend Suki Teenoi-there’s often a queue in the evening, and for good reason! But most of all, I'ill miss the atmosphere and the kindness of the local people (n_n)

The host was there for me when I had a question…. Everything was nearby ….security and cameras were posted at strategic areas ….pool looked good and clean ….the gym needs to fix their equipment and add a few pieces …..all in all a great experience and a thoughtful host
