Benny was great at getting in touch and helping with questions before we traveled. On arrival, Benny had told us we would be met at the airport and given guidance on how to get to the property which all went smoothly. The property was in an amazing location, and was generally clean and tidy, with everything working. The property is fairly basic and functional , but we didn’t mind that. Some updates of beach chairs, and a few other tweaks wouldn’t go amiss. Benny’s advice about car hire and restaurants was extremely helpful. Both he and Mike were in touch during our stay to offer help if it was needed. On checking out, we couldn’t locate the bin area so didn’t quite know where to leave the rubbish. We would definitely consider coming back as overall, the balance of location, spec of the property and the price were spot on for our family holiday in late May. Great Stay in Skiathos! 🏝️ We had an incredible stay at Kiriaki's place in Skiathos! From the moment we walked in, we loved how charming and cozy the house was. It was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. The location was fantastic—just a short stroll to the beaches, local restaurants and the Old Town, yet still quiet and peaceful. We had a fantastic stay and we'd like to thank Kiriaki for making it so special. We can’t wait to return!

We had a fantastic stay. The house is located right on the seafront, and waking up and falling asleep to the sound of the waves was absolutely magical. Everything was clean and well-equipped for a comfortable and pleasant stay. The yard is great – perfect for relaxing outdoors. Our host was incredibly friendly and responsive. We were truly impressed and will definitely come back!

За нас престоя при Vasily беше прекрасно преживяване,всъщност повече-място на което се отпуснахме и почувствахме красотата и спокойствието на Гърция, поръсена с аромат на риган,жасмин и лимони .Потънахме в тишината на залива,хапвахме прясна рибка,карахме колелета,плувахме,наслаждавахме се на красотите наоколо и си мислехме,че това място е дар.Домакина е изключително мил,човечен,точен и отзивчив човек.Къщата е с чудна локация,нямахме никакви затруднения в откриването и паркирането.Вътре много чиста,грижливо помислена да е част от тихия,красив залив,носи безбрежието на Гърция-непретенциозна,лека и помислина в детайл.Имахме всичко необходимо да се чувстваме спокойни с малко дете .Градината е етажирана и красива с прекрасна гледка към залива и място да зареждаме електрическите колелета.Отпред има кейче за лодка.Милина е близкото селце за пазаруване и тавернички,има и детска площадка.Благодарим от Все сърце,ние ще идваме отново и отново и отново:)))!!!

Wo soll ich anfangen - Oma‘s Hütte ist ein Traum. Wer auf der Suche nach eine ruhigen und privaten Unterkunft mit wunderschöner Umgebung und Meerblick ist, ist hier richtig! Olga ist eine großartige Gastgeberin, sie hat uns den Weg zu dem Haus gezeigt und uns mit selbstgemachten Marmeladen und Oliven überrascht. Sie war gut erreichbar und hat uns regelmäßig gefragt, ob wir etwas brauchen. Die Handtücher waren flauschig, die Betten bequem und die Terrasse geräumig mit mehren Sitzgelegenheiten umgeben von Olivenbäumen. Wir hatten sogar das Glück Delfine von der Terrasse aus beobachten, bring also am besten ein Fernglas mit! Dank Olga haben wir uns direkt wie zuhause gefühlt und kommen wieder!

Excellent accommodation, conveniently located near the waterfront, giving access to all main attractions in Volos. Very clean, spacious with all amenities included. Within 3mins walk from a convenient public parking space. Would 100% recommend.

Η κυρία Μαριτα ήταν άψογη σε όλα! Το σπιτάκι όμορφο, ζεστό και πεντακάθαρο. Μας παρείχε υλικά και ροφήματα για το πρωινό μας καθώς και οτι άλλο θα μπορούσε να μας φανεί χρήσιμο για τη διαμονή μας. Η τοποθεσία του σπιτιού είναι πολύ κοντά στη κεντρική πλατεία του χωριού, καθώς επίσης να σημειωθεί, πως παρόλο που η οικοδέσποινα μένει στο διπλανό σπιτάκι ήταν ιδιαίτερα διακριτική. Το μόνο σίγουρο είναι πως όταν με το καλό επιστρέψουμε στην περιοχή θα την ξανά προτιμήσουμε. 🙂

Η διαμονή μας στο υπέροχο κατάλυμα της Κας Κατερίνας θα μας μείνει αξέχαστη! Όμορφος καθαρός κ περιποιημένος χώρος! Μας περιποιήθηκε με πολλά καλούδια από τον τόπο και μας έκανε να νιώσουμε σαν το σπίτι μας! Ολα ήταν υπέροχα μέχρι την τελευταία λεπτομέρεια! Ακόμα και ο εξωτερικός χώρος ήταν πολύ προσεγμένος! Όμορφος κήπος ωραία πισίνα και μαγευτική απέραντη θέα! Για όσους θέλουν να ηρεμήσουν ενώ ταυτόχρονα επιθυμούν να πάνε και σε μαγαζιά κ να δουν το κέντρο! Ιδανικό μέρος κ για χειμώνα αλλά και για το καλοκαίρι! Άνετοι καθαροί περιποιημένοι χώροι με πολύ γούστο κ μεράκι! Σίγουρα στο κατάλυμα της κας Κατερίνας θα ξαναπάμε ! Αξίζει να πάτε για αρκετές μέρες για χαλάρωση αλλά και για διασκέδαση! Κα Κατερίνα σας ευχαριστούμε πάρα πολύ για τις οδηγίες που μας στείλατε πριν την αφίξη, την υπέροχη φιλοξενία και την ειλικρίνεια σας ! Το σπίτι είχε τα πάντα και ακόμα παραπάνω! Ολα καθαρά νοικοκυρεμένα και όμορφα! Ελπίζω να τα ξαναπούμε σύντομα! Έχετε ένα μικρό παράδεισο μέρος της φύσης!

Un loc foarte linistit si frumos cu gazde foarte receptive la cererile noastre. Desi in descrierea de pe AIRBNB locuita aparea ca fiin dotata cu MSR aceasta nu exista in casuta noastra. Acest aspect a fost rezolvat de catre gazda imediat prin serviciul de curatenie al complexului in care se afla casa. O cazare in care este foarte posibil sa revenim.

Een heerlijke plek als je met een grote familie bent of groep mensen. De tuin is super om in te verblijven en het zwembad is fantastisch. Je hoeft eigenlijk niet weg. Ook alles was heel schoon en de eigenaar en zijn vrouw ontzettend aardig en communicatief. Je kan alleen niet makkelijk naar het strand lopen in verband met een drukke weg waar het huis aan ligt. Je moet dan de auto pakken. Alle mooie stranden en leuke plekken liggen heel dicht in de buurt.

Pilion is a very special place. The location is just stunning, the view, the nature and the olive trees around, the silence. To get to the house is so special as well, following a beautiful path, away from cars and streets. Unique!

Guntram’s house in Pelion is an absolute gem. It has been lovingly restored over 20 years with both a respect for the building’s history and a focus on creating a superb modern living space. We loved our stay.

Ce logement dans le Pelion est vraiment parfait ! Nous étions 2 couples avec chacun 1 enfant et y avons passé une semaine. La maison est bien équipée et joliment décorée, la piscine ainsi que l’espace barbecue sont très agréables ! Il y a la climatisation dans les 2 chambres. L’hôte est très réactif et d’une grande gentillesse Je recommande vivement cet endroit dans le Pelion ! La vue est incroyable !!!

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy house that's just perfect for two people looking for peace, comfort, and a warm atmosphere. It’s also pet friendly, which was a big plus for us—our dog felt right at home! The house is very well equipped, with a kitchen that has everything you need to cook. The bathroom is spotless, modern, and has all the essentials. The host gave us such a warm welcome, leaving us with fresh fruit, juice, coffee, and breakfast goodies. On top of that, we were surprised with some lovely local gifts—a really thoughtful touch! He was responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. The location is fantastic—just a walk away from the beach/restaurants. Although the house is on the main road, it’s quiet and peaceful, away from the noise of the town, so we could really unwind and enjoy the sound of the sea. We truly felt at home; it’s one of those rare places where everything feels just right—comfortable, welcoming, and full of small, thoughtful touches.

Το σπίτι ήταν πολύ καλό και καθαρό. Ήταν δύο λεπτά με τα πόδια από την παραλία του Χορευτού και πολύ ήσυχο. Η Δήμητρα πολύ φιλική το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα.

Sehr entspannter Aufenthalt inmitten einer Apfelplantage. Für Naturliebhaber unbedingt empfehlenswert. Sehr süßes „Hexenhäuschen „ aus Stein und Holz.

Εξαιρετικός χώρος, υπέροχο διαμέρισμα. Σε εξαιρετικό σημείο για εξερευνήσεις, πολύ κοντά στη θάλασσα. πολύ ευγενικός οικοδεσπότης,ο οποίος απαντούσε άμεσα σε ότι τον ρωτήσαμε. Δεν χρειαστηκαμε απολύτως τίποτα όμως, το σπίτι σου παρέχει όλα όσα μπορεί να χρειαστείς.

We stayed at Aria’s place for about one week and everything was perfect. The house is very well maintained, just in front of the beach of Chorefto, a laid-back, quiet small beach village. Communication was extremely smooth and the house keeper very friendly. Note that for reaching the house you will need to walk up a few stairs. Overall we had not a single problem and we would definitely go back anytime. Thank you Aria

We had a wonderful stay at the flat. All the family were very kind to us and explained all the best spots and restaurants around. We loved the easy access to the Fakrista beach. Every morning, we woke up with a stunning view of the sea and then went to the beach in 5 minutes by car for an early swim. If you’re looking for a hidden gem to stay in the Pelion Region, book this flat, and you will have a lovely time in nature.

Perfekte Lage, wenige Schritte zum Meer in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße. Das Haus verfügt über eine Klimaanlage und ist auch sonst durch den Steinboden schön kühl. Sowohl innerhalb des Hauses, sowie in der Nähe befindet sich alles, was man so braucht. Die Airbnb-Vermieter sind sehr nett und kümmern sich bei jeder Frage sofort und liebevoll. Es hat die ganze Zeit ein sehr freundlicher Kontakt bestanden. Wir können das Airbnb nur bestens weiterempfehlen und haben uns sehr gefreut dort, für einige Tage, wohnen zu dürfen. Da wir am ersten Tag erst spät rein durften, wurde uns sogar eine zusätzliche Nacht geschenkt. Wir wünschen den beiden Vermietern nur das Beste und vielen lieben Dank noch einmal! (:
