Very nice and clean place, better than the photos. It is located on the beach, in a very quiet area that is about 10 minutes from the city of Volos with a very good road. Manos is a great host, and eager to help.

The house is for sure more beautiful than shown in pictures. Cleanness is above 5 stars. Supplied with all facilities to make your stay memorable (full kitchen & bath equipment). Central heating well working, fire place too. Outdoor BBQ facilities also. Bed linen & towels soft & clean. Centrally located , nearby (walking distance) to village square ,restaurants, cafes markets, but also with the necessary privacy. Plenty space of parking. Fantastic view upto the Aegean sea. Although we stayed around Epiphany holiday (winter season) and the house and area atmosphere was marvelous Christmas-New year decorated, I believe that house will be fine for summer period as well, since plenty fantastic beaches are around the village (10-15 minutes driving far away). Cost reasonable for the accommodation quality that offers. If you want to feel like your home but in a magnificent place, this is the right place.

Everything was perfect. The flat is absolutely luke the pictures, you have everything needed and also a free car parking. I liked the place really much. For sure, I definitely recommend it.

Tony and Jill responded almost immediately to any questions. Demetri was very welcoming and helped us whenever we needed. We got new towels and a clean around the villa mid week, which was very thoughtful. highly recommend.

We spent the night in the beautiful Art Apartment in early June 2025, two people, in different rooms. The apartment was quiet, recently renovated, spotless and tidy. The hostess, extremely polite and communicative, solved all our questions immediately and effectively. The location is very central, close to the central market and the port, with many options for coffee, food and drink all around, within a short walk. We would gladly choose it again on our next visit to Volos. We highly recommend it!

Vasiliki and her husband were very friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed my vacation in Volos. Great was the spacious balcony and the proximity to the Tsipourou restaurants. The area is also very exciting for hiking, on the way to Agria givttes beautiful swimming beaches

Completely renovated apartments, high quality bed sheets and towels, well equipes. Photos cannot transmit the familiar atmosphere. Close to one of the best beaches in the insel, where we país 15 Euros for 2 beds all day long (first row as well). Good greek "fast food" (atualmente, normal greek Ford like Gyros, Pommes Frites, pork steaks. I highly recommend this Airbnb and will come back soon for sure!

Beautiful house, good location close to the beach, great the small dishwasher and washing machine if you are with several people.Horefto a nice place with predominantly Greek tourism, the tavern "to Kima" (the wave) fantastically go to food and we have never paid more than 10 euros per person in a large group for the finest fish and seafood dishes, the typical homemade side portions and much more. The beach never crowded (July), the neighboring beach with the wildlife tenants even more original and invites you to take nudist bathing, even recently a hidden cafe. The Pilion through the mixed forests and springs is nice to hike and not too hot.

We stayed in the place for two nights. Everything was absolutely great. A well decorated villa, very calm and convenient. The swimming pool and the small bar, were super nice and relaxing. Thanks for hosting us!

As my family and parents-in-law said, this was the best Airbnb we've ever rented. The house is in an amazing location, right in front of the beach, with spectacular views of the gulf. It is a very spacious and luxurious house with all amenities, even suitable for a long stay. Volos is just 15 minutes by car, so we visited the city almost daily for the bars and restaurants, but there were also some great options in the village next to the house (just 5 minutes by car). Finally, Yiannis is a fantastic gentleman—responsive, polite, and very helpful. Overall, it was a great experience and highly recommended.

This charming house is perfectly located. Close to everything. The house is cozy and we didn't miss anything. The host and hostess are very nice and helpful. We had a great time in this house. We highly recommend this house.

Alexander’s property is really special. The garden is enchanting, the view of the bay is stunning, the little private beach is priceless and the terrace is a perfect spot for shady lunches and for enjoying the bats flitting about at dusk. The properties are indeed a little tired but this is a family-owned group of buildings, clearly loved and enjoyed and cared for. It feels like staying at one’s own Greek holiday home which is charming. Alexander and other family members who help manage the property were really helpful, friendly and responsive which we appreciated. They have sea kayaks and a giant paddle board which we were allowed to use so were able to access hard to reach beaches and explore a little lagoon not too far away. This is a busy island with a lot of public beaches; this holiday home offered a haven of peace and a quiet place to access the sea and sunbathe. There are sometimes people swimming past because the snorkelling is so good. We would happily return!

Dear future travelers I had the privilege of staying at Yanis' wonderful Airbnb in Makrinitza Village during a massive thunderstorm in Greece, and I couldn't have asked for a better host. Yanis truly went above and beyond to ensure our safety and comfort during those challenging days. Not only did Yanis provide us with essential supplies like food, water, and gas when we were stranded, but he also made us feel secure in potentially dangerous situation. His warm hospitality and genuine concern for our well-being were truly remarkable. The house itself was a gem. Spacious enough to comfortably accommodate our group of nine people, it offered breathtaking views of the city of Volos. Even amidst the storm, the scenery was awe-inspiring. Can’t praise this villa and the family that run it enough. We were picked up at the airport by the host and anywhere we went during our stay they gladly transported us free of charge. The villa was amazing, modern, clean, spacious, well equipped with beautiful views. The pool was immaculate with the addition of a welcoming hot tub to finish the day. The free breakfast every morning was delicious with an extensive menu, from freshly made omelettes to fresh fruit, pastries and home made jam. The owners were welcoming, friendly and a lovely family who created the perfect vibe for the duration of the stay. Only just arrived home but we’ve booked for next year already!! Highly recommend a stay at this villa and 2 other villas also on the family complex.

Overall very happy with the stay. The communication was great. The only problem was with the wifi, even when it worked, the connection was rather weak, but Katerina still did her best. The surrounding area has a lot to offer as well

It is a completely renovated two-bedroom apartment with a balcony overlooking the sea, second floor two steps from the beach. The house isn't very big, but it's sufficient for a couple with a baby or kid. The house is fully equipped with everything. The location is ideal for those looking for a relaxing holiday with easy access to the sea. Highly recommended.
