Brand-new, cozy Scandinavian-style apartment with all amenities and a beautiful and safe city view. 250 meters to Chaika Beach and the Zdorovye highway. A 10-minute drive to the city center. Ideal location for a vacation: there is a small park near the house on the way to the beach, as well as several restaurants and supermarkets, and spa complexes. There are parking spaces in the residential complex. (Reservation) Complimentary cleaning service once every three days. Fold out couch. The location of these apartments is perfect. A minute to Duke and Potemkin stairs. Two of them are to the ensemble of the Vorontsov Palace with a colonnade - a symbol of Odessa. Take a walk along the Primorsky Boulevard with sea views just around the corner. 5 minutes walk to the Opera House. The beach is 30 minutes' walk through the park. One of the five rooms of a small and cozy apart-hotel, which has been managed by our family for 10 years. Please note: the third floor of an old building. There is no elevator.
