Το σπίτι μας χτίστηκε το 1890 και ανακαινίστηκε ολιστικά το 2025 από τον πατέρα μου, μεταμορφωθηκε σε ένα χώρο που συνδυάζει την ζεστασιά της παράδοσης με τις σύγχρονες ανέσεις. Το Elite είναι ένα σύγχρονο premium διαμέρισμα (με ιδιωτικό Παρκινκ) που βρίσκεται στον κεντρικό δρόμο μιας ασφαλούς περιοχής κοντά στην θάλασσα (Ακτή Καλαμίτσα) και 4 λεπτά με το αυτοκίνητο από το κέντρο της Καβάλας. Μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει έως 4 άτομα και είναι κατάλληλα εξοπλισμένο ακόμα και για διαμονές πολλών ημερών, όλο τον χρόνο. The house is enbedded in a beautiful olive grove which is centrally located between Potamia and Golden Beach. Big terraces (with grill), beautiful gardens with stunning mountain view. Wifi, Sat.-TV and air condition included. The sandy beach is easy to reach by foot. A traditional Greek tavern and the next supermarket a just are few meters away. Our guests are welcome to use the pool of the neighboring hotel. We are looking forward to welcome you to our little paradise!

Απολαύστε μια εμπειρία γεμάτη στιλ σε αυτόν τον χώρο που βρίσκεται κεντρικά. Το διαμέρισμα είναι στο κέντρο του χωριού Ποταμιάς, ακριβώς μπροστά από τον γνωστό Πλάτανο. Στα 5 μ. υπάρχει μίνι μάρκετ , φούρνος , καφέ και δυο εστιατόρια . Η θάλασσα απέχει 3 χιλ (10-15 λεπτά ). μόνο. Χώρος πάρκινγκ υπάρχει άφθονος περιμετρικά του σπιτιού που είναι δωρεάν. Το διαμέρισμα είναι full εξοπλισμένο για να καλύψει κάθε ανάγκη. Wi-fi super !

Our Spacious Deluxe Triple Studios (ca. 30m2) are located either on the first or the ground floor of the accommodation and can be either one-room or two room studios. They are equipped with 1 double bed and 1 single bed, a fully equipped kitchenette and a bathroom with shower. The Studios have also a large wardrobe, air-condition, balconies, wi-fi and all the necessary bathroom and room amenities. Baby cot available on request.

The surrounding area is surrounded by trees, in a quiet neighborhood. The nearest supermarket is 50 meters away.

GOLDEN VIEW VILLA - 1

A bright and cheerful maisonette with a superb location, only 1 - 2 minutes walk to the beach. It is situated on a small hill thereby offering magnificent views of the entire bay of Golden Beach. The maisonette has two double beds . There are three balconies offering incredible views. The property is fully equipped with all you need to make your stay comfortable and stress free.
