The Birds Nest is a secluded and boutique cabin nestled amongst the tree tops and away from other houses. This luxury hideaway provides the peace and quiet of nature, whilst maintaining close proximity to all that the city and suburbs has to offer. Some highlights include relaxing in our private hot tub watching the sun set, strolls along the banks of the Heathcote river, and afternoon gelato just around the corner. Contemporary Rural Poolhouse with Hot Tub

Book your relaxing get away in our close to town rural setting poolhouse. A high end, contemporary Poolhouse detached from our family home. You can enjoy your very own space on our lifestyle property. Soak in the hot tub and watch the sunset on your very own private deck. There is NO Kitchen provided in the unit and there is no guest access to the swimming pool. We have a friendly golden retriever named 'Goldie.' Enjoy close access to ski fields, wedding venues and the Christchurch CBD

Copper Beech Cottage is perfect for those looking for a cosy, romantic getaway. Surrounded by large trees, beautiful woodland gardens, across the road from the Ōpāwaho River and the sound of birdsong at your doorstep, you are bound to feel relaxed and at home in our bespoke cottage. Staying in a tiny home is an unforgettable experience — and we hope you’ll fall in love with this space just as we have. Please note: The spa is closed for the season from December 1 to February 28.

Relax & unwind in our beautiful guest cottage & spa! Set amongst a native forest behind our house for privacy, you might even forget that you're in the middle of Christchurch! The cottage is a cosy retreat with a stocked kitchenette, and even a BBQ and outdoor eating area to enjoy. Local eateries and restaurants, swimming pools and shopping malls are just a walking distance away, & we're only a 10-minute drive to the airport, zoos, botanic gardens, reserves, & the city center.

Avonview Cottage

Avonview Cottage is a cosy place, warm in winter and cool in summer (with heatpump and HRV). There is a full kitchen, with large fridge/freezer, microwave, ceramic cooktop (4 burners) and an oven. The bathroom has a nice hot shower and a small vanity. There’s also a front loading washing machine for you to use. The Avon River is very close by and the area is very quiet. A New World supermarket is only a 10 minute walk away and there are lots of other shops and restaurants around.

Roker Street Retreat

This luxurious, spacious studio offers a contemporary, quiet retreat with a distinctly Kiwi feel. Nestled in a fantastic neighbourhood on our Somerfield property, we are close to the city and the hills so you'll have the best Ōtautahi (Christchurch) has to offer close at hand. The studio boasts a super comfortable King bed, an ensuite with generous shower, built in home office and small lounge area. Outside there is a private deck with outdoor furniture and a spa.

City Paradise CabbageTree Retreat

SKIERS - Cyclists - Welcome 😀 Lock up available. This is a 1/4 acre section open-plan quiet and relaxing space close to the central city. Bedroom, living room and kitchen space all occupy an open plan. A comfy sofa bed can be made up this incurs a cost of $25 Per Night. You have access to a shared garden, bush, flowers, ferns and SPA POOL nestled in the fernery. You're welcome to do a BAG/Bike drop off and these will be LOCKED away. Get in touch with us.
