Holiday rentals with a patio in Christchurch Central City

Perfect Central Spot – Quiet, Clean, and Comfortable. This place was a gem! Right in the heart of Christchurch but surprisingly quiet – the quietest of the four central city Airbnbs we’ve stayed in. Super clean, warm, and had everything we needed, including a well-equipped kitchen that made cooking easy as. Georgina’s communication was spot on – helpful, responsive, and friendly. Loved the little touch of chocolate on arrival too! Would absolutely book again.

Lovely modern apartment with great amenities. Amy was super helpful with instructions for check in and was always responsive. We were only there for 1 night before heading to the airport so unsure about distance to the centre but with a car it's a great location, perfect walking distance to the food market

Linda’s place was a modern and warm oasis on what ended up being a very wet Easter weekend. Property was easy to find and provided off-street parking, suitable for a small to medium car. Nice to have an ensuite off each bedroom. Kitchen was well stocked.

Janee's place was an ideal location for us close to family. It was quiet & peaceful, next to a park. A very efficient heat pump kept it warm & cosy for winter. It was very clean & tidy & had everything we needed. Would love to stay again. Thanks Janee.

We had a lovely time at Lynette & Ken’s house. We had all the privacy one could want and Lynette & Ken were quick with their communications and really helpful. They are lovely helpful people who made a real effort to connect if we reached out. The bed was SO comfortable, with nice sheets and good pillows. The bathroom is top spec, better than 5 star motels in the quality of materials. The kitchen had everything we needed. The TV was easy to use. We appreciated all the local area recommendations. Fantastic generous hosts, we’d stay here again without hesitation. Thanks Lynette and Ken!

Gorgeous apartment with everything I needed to have a comfortable stay. Even had basic kitchen storage necessities which is rare and appreciated because I was able to make full use of the kitchen. Very clean, smelled great, felt new, and I would 100% stay there again.

Very clean with comfortable bed. Convenient for walking and having a carpark was great. Lily responded to a query very fast. Enjoyed the sunny balcony.

Angela was very responsive throughout our stay. we were on a mini w/e holiday with me doing a meeting at short notice. There was a little hiccup on our behalf and she called me right away to address it and was more than polite & understanding. All though our stay was short, this was our first experience in CHCH and I can happily say that it was the bestest short vacay we have ever had. Even on these cold nights the house was super warm, rooms were very spacious and the property was very local to things, neighbourhood is beautiful. Over all would definitely recommend. The townhouse is in an excellent location. Just a short walk to the CBD and a 5-minute drive to the supermarket. It's a very quiet and peaceful spot. The desk with an extra screen was super handy for working remotely. Parking is relatively easy. During peak hours, you might need to park a block or two away, but it’s never more than a 10-minute walk back, and there are always free spots available. Neel was consistently proactive and checked in to ensure everything was going smoothly. Highly recommended!

Great house, clean, cosy and warm. Had all we needed. Great pressure in the shower and beds were super comfortable. Would stay again for sure.

Phenomenal, pristine apartment in a great location by the Margaret Mahy playground and New Regent St. An easy walk to Riverside market. The apartment was incredibly comfortable and absolutely spotless.

Amazing stay for a couple of weeks / location was terrific and the condo itself is warm, stocked with everything needed, has great linens and exactly what I needed. Rachel’s communication was amazing and she was always available.

It was a great start to our family vacation in NZ. Amy’s place is cosy, clean and comfortable. Beds are comfy and with hotel quality linen…plus bakery and coffee shop downstairs, it definitely helps to start the day on the right foot. It is also located opposite Holey Moley - the mini -golf venue. We had so much fun with our 8 yo boy there:-) Thank you for a lovely stay, Amy. We also appreciate you allowed us to check in early in the morning on this occasion.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Susan’s! The house was spacious and adequately equipped. It was also very well located as it’s a very short drive and probably about 10-15min walk to the central city! Susan was also a great host — she’s very quick to respond to our queries, gave clear and easy instructions for checking in/out, and overall made our stay very enjoyable!

What a great place and what a lovely host. I hadn’t pre-read the entry instructions that Lily kindly sent and she responded promptly when I confused myself getting into the place. The location was perfect - right by the park and walkable to town. Place was lovely - clean and tidy; user-friendly. Totally recommend.

We had a great stay overall—the home matched the listing, was clean, and check-in was hassle-free. The only downside was that the heater in one of the bedrooms wasn’t working, so that room got a bit chilly at night. Everything else was just as described, and the host was friendly and responsive. Once the heater’s fixed, this place will be perfect!
