This one is a 24' yurt, beautifully modern with a fully-equipped kitchen, bathroom and steam-sauna shower, TV and (high speed) wi-fi, and comfortable sleeping and hangout spaces- surrounded by 150 acres of streams, trails and natural beauty. The space is a recently renovated basement studio with a private entrance. There is a parking place for you and a lighted path to the left that leads down to the studio. The studio has a queen bed, a bathroom with tub and shower and a dressing room area that some use for an office. The kitchen has most anything you will need. We live upstairs, so you will hear footsteps and kitchen activity. The yard is huge and fenced- in, perfect for pets. The walk to Lane Stadium is only 15 minutes!

Cottage and loft can be rented as a combination or separate as they are on the same unit but have separate entrances. NO barking dogs!

This 1 room cabin with kitchenette (2 top burner, small refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker) with full bath is set on Toms Creek, fifteen minutes drive from Virginia Tech and the town of Blacksburg. The space itself is private, rustic and charming even though we live just next door. We thank you for no pets, vaping or smoking inside the cabin and we are happy to share that our onsite managers, Ray and Mara, will be handling all inquiries on our behalf.

We really enjoyed our stay at this home. It is a fully renovated farm home that is clean and spacious. The outside wrap around porch was the highlight for us as we could sit outside at the table and play games in the rain. We stayed here to travel back and forth to VT for our son's graduation. It was an easy drive to VT from the house and found it way more pleasing then the drive from Floyd that we have done in the past. The stream on the property was charming along with the additional buildings surrounding the home. I would recommend this property to my family and friends.

Tanya's place was about 10 min from VT and I a great new subdivision. The check in and check out instructions were the easiest I have ever seen!! She takes care of everything. The house was spotless and everything looked new!! She responded fast to my questions and provided use with some great local places to eat. This house is fabulous and we will stay again if we ever come back to Blacksburg! Thank you Tanya!

Karin's and Dave's place was spotless, bigger than it looked in photos, and extremely well stocked with coffee options, drinks in fridge, and even some snacks. They were great communicating, checked in daily and made sure we didn't need anything else. Location was in a residential area, very quiet but short drive to restaurants and stores. Extremely reasonable cost for VT graduation weekend and only 15 minutes from Lane. Highly recommend!

What a great little getaway! Kathy was a great host, and made sure to be available if we needed anything. The cottage is adorable and practical. I visited with my teen-aged kid, who loved the loft. The main floor queen bed was very comfortable! The sun shining in through the windows in the morning was *magical* The location is great, so tucked away but not exactly in the middle of nowhere. Blacksburg is a quick drive away if you want to go to town, and there are so many outdoor adventures you can go on in the area. Huckleberry trail is super close, and Pandapas pond/ Jefferson National Forest isn't too far! It was great coming back to such a cute, comfy place at the end of the day. Very much recommended!
