House holiday rentals in Christiansburg

We had a great time staying at SML! This house was the perfect location and had access to all the outdoor amenities we could hope for. Majority of our time was in the pool, which was walkable and the beach area of the lake which for us was a quick few minutes drive. The lake itself is walkable, but with a toddler and floats, it was easier to drive and park at the beach area itself. Overall, we would recommend staying and plan to return.

We had a wonderful time at Kristie’s. Comfortable and beautiful property. The pool and game rooms were so much fun!

We had three families vacation together that included 6 adults and 4 children. There was plenty of space for everyone. We enjoyed the pool and the hot tub each day. Ruth made sure both were cleaned and ready each day for us. Our first night we had pizza delivered since we all had traveled that day but then we cooked dinner each night after. We utilized the crockpot and air fryer the most. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The back porch was beautiful and we spent a lot of time there. The afternoon showers were peaceful to watch from the porch. The kids really enjoyed the TV room. They were able to spread out and relax in the evenings after dinner. Grocery shopping was easy and very close by the house. We didn’t venture outside the house other to grab groceries. The kids favorite part was when Ruth and Cowboy Sam stopped by with his horse April. He let each kid ride April. It was a nice surprise! Thanks for an amazing stay!

Had a great stay! It felt super comfortable. We had the easiest check in, we’ve ever had on Airbnb which was a plus after a long drive. The rooms/beds were comfortable and spacious. The washer & dryer was great along with the hot tub. It was super easy to come and go with the check in. There is 1 place that’s mainly a bar with food & that’s about it for food nearby. i’d say that’s the only con but given the area of wv it’s understandable just buy groceries! had a great stay, would come again.

My family and I booked Kimberly’s place for my birthday, the house was a lot bigger than I expected we had so much fun! The photos don’t do this house justice! We decided to stay an extra night once we got there, Kimberly was very helpful during our stay! I recommend this place to anyone and we definitely will be back!

I must say this was my first experience with ever staying in a Airbnb and wanted a change from a hotel and very glad we decided to give this a try. Tammy was an absolutely awesome host very responsive and a very nice lady. The description matches everything. Very beautiful property and very clean.

We had a great time staying at Dwayne’s place! Beautiful views of the lake in the evenings and plenty of golf courses within a 30 minute radius. Will definitely be back!

This is our family’s third stay here, so obviously we enjoy this beautiful property! The home is well stocked, spacious, family friendly, and very welcoming. As a bonus, this was our first stay during pool weather, so we were able to utilize the beautiful pool/hot tub area. Bedford is a lovely location. Quaint small town but close to lots of recreation.

Stayed here with my 17yr old son, for one of his golf tournaments. The property was clean, easy access, quiet, and convenient . Kitchen was well equipped, beds were really comfy !! Couches were a bit dated, and could use some upgrading, but that would be my only recommendation to change. The rest was perfect Thx again , and yes, we’d stay here again !!

Very cozy place that had a nice ambiance. The bed was a great size with comfortable luxurious bedding and everything we could have needed (including a white noise maker). We enjoyed our stay!

Thx for great hospitality Rosalie and Chris! We had all meals outside and the kids ended up playing outside and exploring nature uninterrupted for our entire stay (what more can you ask for?) and we had some incredible wildlife experiences at dusk&dawn with all the animals coming out👌😊

Fantastic! Quiet and peaceful location to simply relax and unwind, with comfy beds and couches plus shaded outdoor seating. Less than 15 minutes from Floyd, so lots of restaurants and shops near and well as grocery stores and farms/farmers markets. Not only was the place exactly as advertised, but the host went above and beyond to help us get our flat tire (from the trip there) patched. Felt right at home and would definitely stay again!

Easy to get to! Comfortable for all. 3 full baths made it easy to shower in good timing. 19 yr old twins enjoyed the privacy of the downstairs. Unfortunately our trip was cut short with car issues and arrival times. We paid way too much but that was not the fault of the hosts. Husband and son Arrived a day late and left a day early 🤦‍♀️They were responsive and helped with our car issues. Very friendly and live near which was helpful.

We were in town for my sons college graduation. The house was amazing and the surroundings were gorgeous. Angela was so receptive and made sure we felt at home. Thank you for a perfect experience. We will definitely stay here again.

Great little condo for our quick stay in Blacksburg. Less than 10 minutes to Virginia Tech which was perfect! Will definitely stay here again if we’re back in the area.

We stayed at this home for my son's Graduation at Virginia Tech. This home was very nice, clean, and convenient to VA Tech. Extremely quiet. Would recommend to anyone.

We were in town for our daughters graduation in Blacksburg. This house was a convenient distance, about 25 min from VT and met all our needs. Its really a hidden gem if you are looking to house family who are coming to the area to celebrate or heading to a game at lane stadium. The living space is cute and tidy and the beds are comfy. There is a goreous deck at offers pretty views and is the perfect place for a glass of wine at sunset. And the owners were so nice and accommodating! I highly recommend this property. ( *My only caveat is that there are a lot of stairs to the house from the parking area that might be hard for an elderly person.)

Great Airbnb! I've stayed in many over the years, and this is near the top of the list. Pat made check in very easy. House was as described and more! 10/10 would recommended.

A perfect place to reunite with family. Come prepared to hike, rest, eat, and relax. The property and home were so much nicer than pictures can show. Perfect great room for conversation while admiring the beautiful mountains and valley. Comfy beds. High end kitchen perfect for cooking together as a family. Jeff and Allie were great at communication and about attention to detail. We all said we’d like to return.

We stayed at John’s place for a football camp at VA Tech and it was a perfect spot, easily accessible to campus. The land surrounding the property is beautiful, like a breath of fresh air (literally!). The inside accommodations were perfect for our family, fully stocked kitchen with so many extras we didn’t even expect (local tea and honey, etc.), smores kit for the fire pit which we used and our kids loved, and even dog treats! He communicated very quickly and even offered us early check in without us asking! Highly recommend!

We had a great stay at the lake house. There was a private dock located very close and a swim area just a couple minutes down the road. The house had beautiful views and was well stocked with everything we needed for the week!

We had a nice time at Austin’s place for our son’s graduation. The house was super convenient, beautifully decorated, and the hosts were friendly and helpful. It was minutes to Tech and all the local favorites. If you’re looking for a place for a party of four, I highly recommend Austin and his team. Thanks again for making our graduation festivities so smooth and seamless.

My wife has ambulatory issues, but was able to handle 3 steps up the front porch with rail. The master suite is on the first floor. The master bathroom suite has a low rise, large step in shower which was easy for my wife to navigate. All living needs are on first floor. Two nicely appointed bedrooms and additional full bathroom were upstairs and suited for other family members. Additionally, our host was very attentive to responding to any questions we had during our brief stay. As an FYI, we were in town for my son’s VT graduation. This cottage is a comfortable drive to the Blacksburg campus. I would highly recommend renting this cottage.
