Monthly Rentals in Chueca, Centro

I had a wonderful stay at this cozy little apartment right in the heart of Malasaña! The location couldn’t be better — surrounded by trendy cafés, vintage shops, and tapas bars, yet tucked away just enough to feel quiet at night. Everything was within walking distance: Gran Vía, Chueca, even Retiro if you don’t mind a longer stroll. The apartment itself is small but well thought-out — perfect for a solo traveler or a couple. It was clean, stylish, and had everything I needed, from kitchen essentials to a comfy bed and fast Wi-Fi. The host was super responsive and gave great local tips, which made me feel even more at home.

Very convenient location and clean apartment. We walked from the apartment to all the key tourist spots. Perfect for 1st time visitors to Madrid. And since it is a topic of conversation on the reviews, we had no issue with hot water and all was smooth. Many thanks for the stay.

I stayed at the apartment for 2 1/2 months and everything was perfect! The apartment is exactly as it is described. It's equipped with everything you need for a longer stay. When I arrived, everything was quite clean and in a good shape. The flat is in the attic and has sloping ceilings. Tall people have to be careful not to bump their heads - especially in the shower. Although the apartment is very small, every centimeter is used the best way possible which is why there is a lot of storage place. The area is fantastic. Malasaña is a vibrant neighboorhood with a lot of Shops, Restaurants and Bars. It's only a few minutes walking to Gran Vía and the City Center. The next metro stations (Noviciado, Plaza España or Tribunal) are also within walking distance. Finally, Max was a very polite and friendly host. When there was an issue, he answered within a few minute and helped immediately. Thank you!

Monica’s place was exactly what I expected and everything that I needed. All the amenities were present and I had a wonderful stay. Being adjacent to the Principe Pio Metro is a great way to explore Madrid and has an easy connection to the surroundings too.
