Within 5 minutes on foot, there are Chuncheon Myeongdong downtown, Hallim University, and City Hall. There is a bus stop in front of the property, making it convenient to use public transportation. It is a 3rd floor owner generation and there is no elevator. The floor height is low, so it is a low 3rd floor.
