"Hotel New Hyokk" An old mixed-use building quietly standing in a corner of the city near Kobe Station. There was a space there that had been abandoned and unused for a long time. At first glance, the Kobe-based Nishimura Group, an abandoned house renovation group, felt the potential of the place that had finished its role and set its sights on it. In August 2023, they opened an "art hotel where you can stay" based on the concept of "urban secret base". The total area is 93 m². Right next door is a delicious udon noodle shop that opens at 7:00 a.m. The room itself is located on the 7th floor of a 9-story apartment building.The room is just outside the elevator. There are two beds, seven futon sets, and one sofa bed, so a maximum of 10 people can stay.Three families can each stay in their own room. There are also chairs and bath tubs for small children. The building itself is old, but the rooms are kept clean, so we hope to host guests who understand this.
