Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Chuo Ward

Family friendly accommodation in a central location, perfect to explore Osaka and the surrounding area. Subway and train stations meters away. Shopping arcade and supermarkets provide plenty of opportunities to cater for the children. Sparkling clean apartment with all the appliances to make a stay comfortable. Communication with host had been excellent.

Yoshiko's stay, SARAKU, has a neat and nice Japanese interior. Although it is not very spacious, it provides enough space for a family of three. The bedding is also very good and it is perfect for resting after a tiring trip. It is very close to the tourist attractions, but the surrounding area is quiet and safe, and the transportation is also very convenient. They provide good information on nearby transportation and attractions, and they provide separate instructions for the accommodation, so there is no inconvenience. The price may be a little higher than other places near this area. But considering the services provided, I think it is a reasonable price. I would like to book again if I visit Osaka next time.

性价比非常高，步行到长堀桥450m，隔壁就是711，反方向日本桥800m，整体位于心斋桥附近，非常便利。本人在日老留子，也住过不少民宿，这家民宿强烈推荐，和朋友去a下来没花多少钱，重点是住的比酒店舒服，设施齐全还能自己做饭🍳

Le logement proposé par Keiko est d’une très bonne qualité. Proche du métro et placé au centre des lieux à voir à Osaka. Spacieux et lumineux. Les futons sont très confortable. Je recommande

地點很不錯，附近有JR和地鐵。環境很寧靜，樓下就有Lawson，很方便。房間內很乾淨而且明亮，空間也很舒適，隔音應該也不錯，沒有聽到外面或隔壁的聲音，房間附的東西也都很不錯。

Our stay was more than Great, it was AMAZING! House was very clean and had all that we needed. I especially liked the 2 lavatories with mirror where I can do my make up while others use the other. The location was absolutely amazing, close to Kuromon market and restaurants ( where food tripping was really the highlight of our stay!) but still quiet enough and away from the hustle and bustle. The owner was very responsive and attentive to our needs. Thank you really that I was lucky enough to find this gem!

If you want to be right in the mixer of Osaka. This Airbnb is great! All the shops and transport are walking distance. Even the night life is a 5min walk. Would highly recommend.

A fantastic location, walking distance to all the attractions, dining, and entertainment that the Namba area of Osaka has to offer. While being close to the center of everything, it is still private enough to be quiet at night for a peaceful night's rest. The host was responsive to all of our needs. One thing to note is that the unit is two stories, with a steep spiral staircase as the only means of access to the master bedroom. So, you may need to consider if it is suitable for seniors and/or children in your group.

Great place to stay for a big group/family. Just take note that all rooms are on the 2nd and 3rd floors so this might be an issue for elderly people to go up. The listing has 2 bathrooms, 3 toilets found one on every floor. Working kitchen, Netflix with projector and a washer/dryer for clothes. Hosts were very responsive and helpful. Location is in the quiet area of Osaka but near convenience stores, restaurants and groceries. We had a lovely stay! We will recommend!

虽然离中央区有一段距离，但我觉得比住在中央区好很多！对面是罗森，再走过一个红绿灯就是7-11，距离千船站步行10分钟以内，千船站有家规模不错的超市，过了19:00有很多折扣。民宿内麻雀虽小五脏俱全，基础家电都有，还有烘干机，烤箱，直饮机。缺点就是因为在二楼所以需要上下楼，楼梯有点陡；另外因为临街，晚上睡觉会有车经过，隔音效果欠佳。总而言之，房间非常舒适且具有性价比。房东很友好，很不错～

Shinichi’s place is exactly as described and looks exactly like the pictures. It was very large and fit our group of six with space to spare. It was really nice having three showers and it made get out door in the morning really quick. The main shower room was amazing with a large variety of complimentary toiletries and a large supply of clean towels. We loved having the elevator for our luggage as it made getting it up to the third floor easy. The we’re subway stops close by so getting around was quick and convenient. Shinichi’s place was spotless and we’d love to stay there again on another trip to Osaka.

This place was beautiful and very clean. The place is conveniently located near a station and some convenience stores. We were all very happy with how well everything worked out. Suzu was also very responsive and helpful!

Great place and friendly host . They’ve provided free snacks and drinks. They’ve given us free car ride to the nearest station. Definitely would recommend this place for a peaceful stay.

Our family felt so at home at MIKI! The host prepared many pamphlets/documents to help arrive to the location smoothly and enter with ease. The house is a perfect mix of cozy, natural aesthetic with convenient, modern smart-home amenities. Obviously recently renovated and very clean / well designed. There are English translations of how to use all devices and machines which really helped. Our 8 year old son also loved the addition of board games and really enjoyed the comfy tatami futon. The area is convenient to the big NishiKujo train station (JR+others) but also has peaceful and quiet surroundings. Many konbini and grocery stores within a short walk. We will definitely visit here again! Thank you so much.

Likte stedet veldig godt. Rolig området, litt utenfor der det skjer, men samtidig bare få minutter til stasjonen. Enkelt når man ankommer med Shinkansen, siden man bare kan gå. Stedet var også veldig fint og kult. Sengen var digg. Anbefales.

제가 에어비앤비를 열 곳 이상 다녀 봤지만 이처럼 친절한 호스트는 처음 봤다고 이야기 하고 싶습니다. 하지만 이 글을 읽고 너무 큰 기대를 할까봐… 호들갑은 적당히 떨겠습니다. 실제 만화 속에 나오는 일본 집에서 생활 하는 기분이었습니다. 가이드투어를 예약해 두는 바람에 좀 더 동네 생활을 즐기지 못한 게 아쉽습니다. 만약 당신이 이 방을 예약한다면 하루는 이 집 주변에 맛집과 볼거리 투어를 해도 좋다는 생각이 듭니다. 부모님과 함께 방문했는데 일본 여행을 또 가자고 하십니다. 조만간 오사카에 한 번 더 여행 갈 것 같은데 그때도 예약을 할 수 있으면 좋겠습니다.

This place is exactly as all the other five-star reviews describe. The host is considerate, kind, and responsive. The space is quiet yet close to several major stations. The instruction manuals for the indoor equipment are clear and thorough. I can see how much care the host has put into ensuring our comfort through all the thoughtful details. We’ll definitely book here again if we visit Osaka in the future!

Our stay at this place was absolutely wonderful! The location is perfect – everything is within easy reach, including Dotonbori and public transportation. The apartment was very clean, well-organized, and spacious. It had everything we needed, including laundry facilities, which were very convenient. A big thank you to our host Bi, who was always kind, polite, and incredibly helpful. We felt truly comfortable and well taken care of. We especially appreciated his help with carrying our luggage. When we’re back in Germany, we’ll fondly remember our time in Osaka.

지역 이름 그대로 살기좋고, 길게 있고싶은곳 언젠가, 살거나 길게 여행을 하게되면 나가이공원 주변에서 꼭 머물고싶다는 생각이 항상 있었습니다. 휴직을 하고, 드디어 용기를내서 왔네요. 운이 좋게도 이 숙소가 있어서, 선택하게 되었어요. 숙소에 대해선 사실 세탁기만 있으면 다 없어도OK 라는 생각이었는데, TV, 레인지, 세탁기, 에어컨까지 다 있어서 너무좋았어요. 불만이 전혀 없어서 숙소 내부에 대해 뭔가 가득가득 쓰고싶어도 떠오르는게 없네요. 호스트는 오사카사람 그 자체입니다. 활기차고, 웃음이 많은 밝은사람이며, 모두와 금방 친해지는 사람이에요. 숙소 관리자와 같이 밥먹는걸 경험해본적 없었는데, 함께 밥도먹고, 사소한 일상적인 대화도 하며, 덕분에 즐거운 시간이었어요. 무언가가 필요하거나 부족한 부분이 없는지 항상 확인해줍니다. 혹시 오시는분이 일본어나 영어를 못하더라도, 통역어플이 있으니까 어떻게든 도와줄거에요. "외국어는 다른나라의 말이니까 어쩔수없이 틀릴수밖에 없으니까, 틀리더라도 좌절하지않고 꾸준히 쓰며 익숙해지면된다" 라는 생각의 호스트라서, 정말 멋있다고 생각합니다. 예정때문에 지금은 잠시 나고야로 이동했지만, 당장이라도 돌아가고싶을정도로 여전히 생각나는 지역이고 정말 만족스러운 숙소였습니다. 지역의 사람들도 친절하며 웃음이 많아요. 함께있으면 미소짓게되는 분위기의 사람들이 사는 동네이고, 항상 조용한 분위기의 마을이지만, 주말이나 스포츠경기가 있는날은 활기넘치는 마을이 됩니다.

Greay location. Located just a block from Dontobori and a train station. Very clean and just like the photos. Host was very responsive and directions were very clear for check in.
