Ocean front house - delightful view

Very comfortable house, with a "U" big front porch, spacious living room, 4 bedrooms (one suite - a private bathroom), 2 bathrooms, garden with barbecue equipment and garage for 3 cars. Built during the 50'ies, very spacious. It has been totally remodeled in 2020. You can also make a cruise on a sail boat which belongs to my brother, a very experienced captain. I'll be delighted to welcome you to the house I grew up in. For this, I provide the annex of the house on the sand with 2 super comfortable and functional suites, in addition to a swimming pool, lunch table, terrace facing the sea and 2 parking spaces at Praia das Cigarras. Dogs and visitors other than guests are not allowed, if this occurs, a daily rate will be charged. * The house accommodates 8 people and unfortunately we do not accept extra guests.

Boat trips with quick access to Ilhabela and beaches near São Sebastião (to be arranged).

The climb is very steep to reach the house. However, it is approximately 5 minutes by car from the historic center, restaurant, market, pharmacy, bank and beach of the village and saco da capela.

An old boat house, built in the 1950s and belonging to the old Belvedere Hotel, located in a small bay called Sepituba. At this hotel, my father spent his youth canoeing.
