Located on the slope between the beaches of Toque Toque Grande and Calhetas, in São Sebastião, on the north coast of São Paulo, Casa Pôr has a tangential view of the horizon as the central point of its architectural project. The scenery is formed by the beach of Toque Toque Grande, the city of Ilha Bela, the island of Montão de Trigo and, in the background, the Alcatrazes Archipelago, which, in the tangle of different shades between blue and green, transports its guests as close to the heights as possible.

Charming loft,standing in the sand on one of the most beautiful and trendy beaches of Ilhabela. Carefully equipped to offer a comfortable and unforgettable stay,it has air conditioning,ceiling fan,electric shower with stall,refrigerator,sink, microwave, electric oven, coffee machine, and other accessories. Double sofa-bed, single bed, and two extra inflatable double mattresses. Outside we have a deck on the sand in front of the sea, a shower, a hammock swing under a treetop, tables, and benches.

Casa rústica e aconchegante com vista deslumbrante. Acordar e olhar o mar sem levantar a cabeça do travesseiro é impagável. E sem borrachudos! Tem muitos na ilha, poucos por aqui. Ideal para 2 pessoas é confortável e prática. Banheiro amplo, cozinha equipada, sala com sofás de tecido e o deck completam o aconchego. É perfeita para relaxar apreciando o cenário em qualquer canto da casa. Com bom wi-fi é melhor ainda para trabalhar. Não é isolada, mas é exclusiva para quem nela estiver.

Ocean front house - delightful view

Very comfortable house, with a "U" big front porch, spacious living room, 4 bedrooms (one suite - a private bathroom), 2 bathrooms, garden with barbecue equipment and garage for 3 cars. Built during the 50'ies, very spacious. It has been totally remodeled in 2020. You can also make a cruise on a sail boat which belongs to my brother, a very experienced captain. Come alone, as a couple or with friends and enjoy every corner designed and created with affection for you!

I'll be delighted to welcome you to the house I grew up in. For this, I provide the annex of the house on the sand with 2 super comfortable and functional suites, in addition to a swimming pool, lunch table, terrace facing the sea and 2 parking spaces at Praia das Cigarras. Dogs and visitors other than guests are not allowed, if this occurs, a daily rate will be charged. * The house accommodates 8 people and unfortunately we do not accept extra guests.

The house is located on Pontal da Cruz Beach (see through the Waze App, as Google Maps recognizes it as Praia do Partido, but the address is correct). Spacious, single-story house with 1,700 m² of land facing the sea. Swimming pool with depth for all children and adults, beautiful garden with coconut trees and trees by the beach and a poolside barbecue area. Boat trips with quick access to Ilhabela and beaches near São Sebastião (to be arranged).
