Charming loft,standing in the sand on one of the most beautiful and trendy beaches of Ilhabela. Carefully equipped to offer a comfortable and unforgettable stay,it has air conditioning,ceiling fan,electric shower with stall,refrigerator,sink, microwave, electric oven, coffee machine, and other accessories. Double sofa-bed, single bed, and two extra inflatable double mattresses. Outside we have a deck on the sand in front of the sea, a shower, a hammock swing under a treetop, tables, and benches.

Ocean front house - delightful view

Very comfortable house, with a "U" big front porch, spacious living room, 4 bedrooms (one suite - a private bathroom), 2 bathrooms, garden with barbecue equipment and garage for 3 cars. Built during the 50'ies, very spacious. It has been totally remodeled in 2020. You can also make a cruise on a sail boat which belongs to my brother, a very experienced captain. The house is located on Pontal da Cruz Beach (see through the Waze App, as Google Maps recognizes it as Praia do Partido, but the address is correct). Spacious, single-story house with 1,700 m² of land facing the sea. Swimming pool with depth for all children and adults, beautiful garden with coconut trees and trees by the beach and a poolside barbecue area.
